Spoke to a lovely young man. So polite and helpful. Explained, what I required. He checked stock, and reserved for me. This was a difficult item to obtain, and the price was fair. I would highly recommend. Great service. Many thanks.

Rubbish service never answer the phone after 6 pm too much trouble to check if your prescription is ready . Instead you have to physically go there to find out if your prescription is done . Useless

This is regarding The sms service you use to inform people that their meds are ready to collect. what is the point in having the service when it's so inconsistent? I have complained directly to you guys a lot of times now and it's taking the mick. I've explained to staff in the past that I'm dependent on this service due to having a mental disorder and nothing seems to change. I will be amazed if I get a response to this review!

Best pharmacy I've ever used. The staff are beyond helpful. Efficient, and friendly. They are an independent pharmacy and are showing the large chains how it should be done. Highly recommended.

If I could give 0 stars I would because they are very rude & not very professional.Who approaches a customer & says "don't let me find you shop lifting for my shop or you will be barred?"Who does that to a customer just for the way they were dressed? Especially to a middle aged gentleman that isn't even known for shop lifting.I rest my case & leave it there as you can find out for yourself what they are like if you'd like to take up their services.Good luck!
