Massive store, went in to look at gaming monitors and couldn?t get near them because a large asian family had taken over the area as a crèche. More than enough staff around to help but no attempt whatsoever to engage with me or other customers who effectively pay their wages. I?ll stick with Amazon and online reviews it takes less effort.

Went in to get a mobile broadband. Waited about 20mins as only one person could help who was busy chatting to someone else, can?t believe such a big store can?t have more than one person to serve. A shambles really

There is never anyone available to ask a question on the shop floor! you have to go to the till and then wait ages for them to find someone who can help. once finally speaking to someone, all they care about is selling you the most expensive product they have in that range, plus insurance + accessories. La crème de la crème was last week when I told them my sky TV bill had shot up and I needed to either cancel or considerably reduce it. His answer? ?For £8 more per month you could have a new TV?.
They are an utter disgrace.

Very dissatisfied with customers assistant and manager.I was surprised how they deal with a proof of identity for financial credit.A electricity alone is enough to proof my identity.Sounds to me as a lack of security check.Proof of identity shouldn't that easy .

Bought a washing machine and dishwasher from Currys. Before purchasing the store assistant, Erin was very helpful with all of our questions and queries about the many products that we inquired about, and she had patience. When we decided what we wanted, she was helpful, polite, and competent in completing our purchases.The week before, my daughter bought a fridge freezer and a Ninja Foodi Flexi Drawer Airfryer. I wanted one, but their special offer of £50 off had ended, so I purchased mine elsewhere. We previously bought our TVs from there. With our excellent service we would recommend buying from this store.
