I attempted to buy a Samsung Travel Charger early Monday evening at the Merry Hill store. I was informed their systems showed no stock despite having 2-3 on the shelf. After collecting personal data for an alleged order, the assistant although polite told me they could not update their system to show they had stock so couldn't sell me the item, despite them having it in stock. I was then told to come back when they have more staff in to book in the item on their system in order sell it. Overall I found this quite farcical and will instead order one from Amazon. Poor.

It?s a nice shop where you can find all your home electrics and electronics. Price good, particularly wait for sales.

Very bad service ordered a phone on the 2nd this month and got it today and when we went and checked in between the 20 days the staff was being lazy . And when we asked if our phone was here last week they said that our phone had suddenly been "cancelled" and when we check our order online if it was ready it said it was so they lied to us that day because they had my phone and when I got my phone today the packaging was not pleasing and it took them 1 hour overall they do not keep they do not keep their promises because they said 10 working days and today was the 21st day after ordering . They had my phone from 15 days and they kept on saying they didn't have it when they did have it indeed.Not happy with currys service this timeVERY BAD SERVICES ?

Found staff very helpful. In and out within 5 minutes. Fridge delivered within a couple of days, and old one taken away for a reasonable £20

awful, i asked a worker for help with one of the sonos systems, they replied with ?if you stand by the sonos and i will get someone over to you? i waited for 10 minutes and no result, had workers walk past me and not one even tried to help

Good amount of stock and the young man who sold me a laptop was very friendly, not pushy, and a credit to the store.

Went for a washing machine. They always try to up sell you another product but it was ok. Got what I needed very quickly

Visited store to buy air fryer asked politely middle aged female staff member who just looked at me in discussed as i was causing her a inconvenience havent been in this store for few year's all new staff not a clue old staff were better theyd come upto you ask if they can help very knowledgeable shame

I hadn't had a new laptop for many years and so I needed help in choosing a new one to bring me into 2023. A young woman helped me after I told her what I needed it for. I eventually chose a hp 15" laptop for 349.00 I added a years subscription to Microsoft office 365 and so far I'm very pleased with it. This was the merryhill branch. The two women who helped me and tech support were fantastic.

Amazing experience after going to multiple shops and loosing faith that my laptop could be fixed Curry?s saved me and my work! The staff was so professional and helpful, especially Hayden in the repair section who fixed my laptop. Would really recommend!

Good range of products, we had good service too although what I'm not entirely happy about is the delivery service.. I paid £20 to choose a specific day so one of us would be at home to receive the item. My partner got a txt to say it was on the way and when they turned up they only had one of the two items we'd ordered. When my partner asked about the other item, the delivery driver couldn't wait to get off the drive.. just mumbled as he was walking away that the item was damaged and that it would be coming on Friday. Now no one had rang to explain this, and certainly no one had checked to see if Friday was a good day for delivery of the item so bit peeved that now I have to arrange my work time again to be at home for Friday. Bit of a joke when you pay over the odds for delivery in the first place!

Waited 20 minutes for some advice on purchasing a high performance laptop, asked for a member of staff twice and nobody came over despite plenty of staff walking past us. Really disappointing as we?d have purchased one if we?d had someone to advise us.

Went in to drop off my son?s PC for repair at the Selly Oak branch in B?ham . I received excellent customer service from a lovely manager called Anand. He was very efficient and professional and booked my PC with HP Keep up the excellent work, Anand.
