I like drinking bubble tea and decided to try one from Costa. I waited 20 minutes because 3 workers couldn't open the bubbles container as they were afraid to break their fake nails. After it was finally open, they proceeded to add 3 bubbles which were chewy, and tasted disgusting. The tea it's self tasted minty despite my order being a mango tea. I took one sip and threw it in the bin. Costa, stick to coffee.

My 7yr old daughter needed to use the bathroom just as the started to clean up and was told she can't use the bathroom. Very upsetting!

Went there for a quick lunch break.\\nHad mac and cheese, hot chocolate and baby chino. My mate ordered iced latte and mac and cheese.\\nWas good friendly service. Enjoyed our time. Clean atmosphere and friendly staff. Will visit soon.

Always the place I go to pick up my coffee even though its a little further out than my local. Friendly staff and always super quick service even when it's busy. Always ready when I place a last minute click and collect order too ??

Was eating in today at this costa it was brilliant clean well heavy on coronavirus restrictions ie clean tables seating separated so six foot apart if people blocked doors etc guys serving ask them to move over. We felt well safe brilliant service well done to all the guys working there especially to guy behind till with ponytail. Highly recommend

Love coming to this Costa Coffee Merryhill lovely to sit outside and service was great with a friendly smile and service and bought our drinks outside .
