Disgusting behaviour by staff member in store on 30.07.24 around 12/1pm. Went in looking for card for family birthday, was immediately followed by a 5'4 female with blonde short hair who proceeded to pretend to fiddle with envelopes right next to me. I moved to look at a different aisle and she continued to follow me once again standing right next to me doing the same. I moved to another aisle after that as I was getting agitated that I was being followed for absolutely no reason, I would wear a balaclava if I wanted to steal for Christ's sake, to which she proceeded to follow me again to the original aisle I had started. Disgusting behaviour and I wouldn't recommend this merry hill shop to anyone and will not be going back there, absolutely lost my respect and I feel utterly disrepected that this happened. It is very demeaning, judgemental, and downright rude when I am trying to simply look for a birthday card. Absolutely would not recommend this shop. avoid at all costs, atrocious behaviour by this particular staff member.

It's has a great selection of cards, gift wrap / bags and some nice gifts too. It is always clean and tidy considering how card shops do get untidy quite easily. Staff have always been friendly and helpful

Been using Clinton's for years. Always find a good selection of cards to suit all occasions and great range of wrapping paper.Not the cheapest but quality is better than other shops.
