Just been in store to collect a carbon monoxide alarm and was greeted by the RUDEST, ARROGANT individual I have ever encountered. He was a total disgrace. Manners obviously was most certainly not in his vocabulary. P J Dea you should learn some.We didnt take kindly to him throwing the item down the otherside of the counter for us to pick up without any conversation at allI for 1 will never trade with you again !!!!
