Went to purchase a new phone, which I needed urgently due to my other one not working. I was interested in two phones and asked a few basic questions about them (things I feel a sales associate in this field of retail should know off the top of their head). The sales person kept retreating to his computer to Google the answers. I could have googled the answers my self!
I asked if I could purchase one of the phones. I was told it was in their warehouse and would be ready to collect the next day. I was going on holiday the next day, so this was obviously no good to me.
So, I asked about the other phone and he said it would be ready to collect in two days time. Again, no good for me.
I left feeling underwhelmed by the lack of knowledge from the sales associate and the fact that you are unable to buy (and have) the phone immediately.

Went to purchase a phone today and came home without one. No help whatsoever just said everything I wanted wasnt possible so purchased one elsewhere.

Went into store to get a sim only deal as I was having afew problems purchasing online. The 2 managers Andy and Julie were so briliant? I can't tell u how impressed I was. Andy could not deal with the enquiry as it was not his dept (he worked on the currys side) but he put me through to Julie who went out of her way to deal with my enquiry when it was not even her dept. Thank u so so much for your excellent customer service ? this so rare these days. Its a 5 stars from me ?

What a total shambles! Ordered a Samsung tablet online. On 3 separate days I was told DPD would deliver it. DPD were totally unreliable. They said we weren't at home when we actually waited in especially for the delivery. DPD drivers blatantly lied about their attempts to deliver the package. Eventually the package was returned to Currys, who then had the nerve to send me an email says 'we are sorry you have returned your Samsung tablet'.I never returned anything. We never actually received. We wasted 3 days and then had to wait a week to receive a refund. CURRYS/DPD DELIVERY? NEVER AGAIN!

Excellent help from sophie to enable my wife to change her phone .she was so helpful changing sim and showing us how to save photos etc

Good product range and technical help sometimes the sales guys pounce on you and try and sell extended warranties so do your research as to what you want before you go in
