late Afternoon visit 15/07/21 decided to have a look at gents fragrances and was approached by a lovely lady didn't quite get her name however she was fantastic her customer service skills were amazing was very knowledgeable about products available and was Very kind in offering me tester's keep up the great work that's customer service done right! Credit to her!! She is a asset to the fragrance department 5*

Fantastic customer service from a lady called Chloe on the make up counter today I didn?t know where to look and she helped me choose eyeshadow palate and a lipstick also told me on how to apply the eyeshadow makeup thank you

First of all the lady at dior by the name of amma I believe was nothing short of amazing she helped me choose the right options for christmas gifts and was incredibly knowledgeable about every single dior product. If you want an experience while shopping in boots intu merry hill ask for Amma as she is very nice and professional and is willing to help you find the right products. I cannot find fault with this store. They also give out samples unlike most stores but Amma is an asset to the store. I will now be purchasing a lot more knowing the store has incredible friendly staff.

I'd booked in for a cosmetic 'makeover' yesterday with Rochelle as I had an important video shoot to do that afternoon. I must say, she was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable, I was so pleased with the results. Thank you Rochelle, you're a credit to Boots.

Iâ??m not one to leave reviews but today I have time. Unfortunately this is the only boots in the area that stock high end makeup brands like Chanel and Fenty in store. Previously Iâ??ve been here and the colleagues at the makeup counters are rude and I vowed not to return. However I ran out of concealer and I need it ASAP and canâ??t wait for next day delivery. Asked where the concealer was cos I couldnâ??t see my shade. This lady went on a whole rant about how she cannot colour match me blah blah. Iâ??m like thatâ??s fine thatâ??s not what I asked for I literally asked whereâ??s the concealer and again she was talking over me and not trying to listen. She was so flipping rude and dismissive. I honestly cannot stand this location the colleagues specifically at the makeup counters are so rude. I literally couldnâ??t even continue shopping because she had made such a big deal about it other people were looking. I just bought the concealer and went to Debenhams to buy the rest of my stuff. The staff here are so rude and if youâ??re looking for high end makeup or fragrance youâ??re better off going to Selfridges or Harvey Nichols.

Unfortunately this shop has become a victim of cost cuts. The shop is poorly staffed and there are regularly long queues at the checkout and only 1 person serving.

My wife came shopping here to buy makeup. Unfortunately no one wants to serve her. After 5 minutes we walk out. The assistants here value talking to each other more than serving customers. My wife decides to go to Debenhams as the staff there like serving customers.

Always understaffed but staff tend to try their best. Never had a problem with purchases nor refunds and often get reminded of vouchers and offers
