“We are from Sheffield and while visiting family in Dudley we called at Merryhill .My mother's battery operated wheelchair suddenly got a spare battery jammed underneath while opening . We could not open the wheelchair or close it and mum needed it to get around as she cannot not walk . I looked around and saw Halfords and wondered if they would help . We had no tools with us at all . After checking the store was manned a staff member came to our rescue . Could NOT THANK THEM ENOUGH and they should be praised for helping us . Not many would but we found the young men so polite and with a willingness that is rare these days . Well done and a Huge THANK YOU you are a credit to your companyMr and Mrs Hart and .Elsie Sheppard”
