Had a first delivery from somewhere and they was awful. Rang BHF flowers now, same bunch ordered and wow what a difference, highly recommended. Lady was so helpful and lovely. Can't thank her enough

My parents have just celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary. I had an unusual request for Mum's wedding bouquet to be re-created. Diane and all at BHF took on the challenge and all I can say is that it was exactly the same as on as the photo supplied, even down to the corn , Rosemary and Asparagus fern. Not only was I impressed by the finished bouquet but overwhelmed when I discovered the effect, research and thought that had been undertaken. Thank you to all. I would certainly recommend.

We would like to thank BHF for the beautiful flower tributes they created for us at our request for dads funeral William John Fisher on the 19th February this year. The floral tribute that I had recently requested, could not have been interpreted better.It was everything and more.All the flowers and greenery were perfect quality.Everyone commented on the Family tribute.Thank you so much.You helped to make a somber day into a celebratory day.Also, the single balloon was simply perfect!20th February 2020.I have had cause to have called in during the Autumn of 2019.I and my sister were after a selection of flowers to take up to my mother's church as it was around her birthday. The church is up north, and we wanted to arrange them ourselves in the Lady Chapel.The welcome and service we had was touching.We made our own selections of flowers and foliage, and it was a joy to be inside, being able to be in that world of your own.When we arrived at our old family church for many years, we had great enthusiasm explaining about how helpful they were.Though Mum passed away several years ago, it's still lovely to honour her memory.

My wife prefers Yellow Flowers and so l went to BHF again for Valentines and once again they surpassed my expectations. All yellow roses. Perfect....and thoroughy recommended. As was the beautiful arrangement l purchased at Christmas.

The proprietor, a lady. Dreadful service. She was extremely rude and became very defensive when I politely asked for one flower to be removed from a bouquet because it was clearly dry and dead. She stated I was being pedantic! I merely explained my concern as they were a gift for someone special and would really appreciate this flower to be taken away. She then began to pick off the first few petals and advised me 'this is how they are'. Overwhelming feeling of her being put out by my simple request. I paid £50 for this flower arrangement and left unhappy. I will not be attending at this establishment again would not recommend them.
