Staff are rude and seem to be judging everyone that walks through the door. I told the woman my name and she got really annoyed and said she didn?t have an order for my name then said look for a new name and she moved on to the next customer. I looked (knowing what my own last name is) and said to her my name is what is it and I can?t change it as that?s what my order is under I repeated my name then she went oh I didn?t hear the last bit. So it?s my fault she misheard me say my own name. She then changed her tune and gave me my order. I then had to go back in as I forgot something so went I went to self serve check out there was a weight discrepancy and she could see everything I had on the scales and what was on the screen but still looked me up and down with a dirty look. Really disappointed as this is the reason I now shop at Aldi as it seems to be all Asda workers as I go to other stores and all staff are the same.

My first ever negative review of anywhere. I don?t write them but feel I have to on this occasion as it?s been 6 hours and I?m still upset and thinking about my visit to this store. I attempted to purchase a box of 2 Birdseye chicken quarter pounder burgers that were on roll back to £1.98 original price £2.74. Got to self checkout and they scan at £2.74. I ask the attendant to check the price for me. She picks up a hand held machine and scans the box. ?They?re scanning at £2.74, they?re £2.74? is her reply. I said, ?I?ll go back and check the shelf?. Low and behold, the price and description is that of the item so I took a picture (attached proof) to show the attendant. When I get back to my self checkout, a different attendant was there, so I explained that the item had scanned at the pre roll back price and is incorrect. I showed her my photo proof of the item on the shelf. The new attendant explains that they?ve had sooo many incorrect prices lately and proceeds to change to the correct price. At this point, the original attendant runs back saying ?they?re £2.74! Look (scans with the hand held machine) £2.74? I show her the photo of the product on the shelf and she zooms in on the ticket on my phone which says the product description and the product weight (227g) that matched what I had picked up. She says ?it doesn?t say 2 burgers, it?s for something else!? I?m thinking whaaat??? I?m completely baffled and confused as to why this person was being so rude to me. I said to her ?can I take you to the product to show you that it?s the correct label?? To which she said ?no! I have already scanned it and it?s £2.74? I looked at my husband and we just said take it off! I?m not paying more than the advertised price. It was obvious to me that the roll back price had been taken off but the label had not been changed. They will continue to charge the wrong price for this item because most people don?t check their receipt. Very upset by this visit today and still thinking about it.

Sallyanne was extremely helpful today when I was struggling with the process of returning an item of clothing. She took the time to support me twice and was genuinely so nice and thoughtful. She is an absolute credit to the team.

Disgraceful? wasted a long journey to collect my parcel and it?s 7:30pm and they have closed the store. It?s meant to open until 8pm. Terrible customer service

DO NOT ORDER ON UBER EATS..... Iv just placed a order 57 poubds as I'm unable to leave the house....... Out of 23 items iv received 5...... Been charged full amount.....

Went to Asda for the first time, and last time, because staff there are not helpful at all, I don't think they like asian people at all.

The worst Asda. All the staff do it talk to eachother which is unprofessional and not helpful at all and the shelves are never stocked. What's the point of a supermarket if its never stocked properly. Then collection is a joke you wait ages staff see you waiting and will continue to still laugh and chat together Who ever runs this store should be sacked. I prefer the merry hill one.

Additionally, my attempts to seek assistance from customer service were met with unhelpfulness and a lack of support.

Ordered through uber eats for nappies as I can?t get out so instead of sending me a size bigger they refunded and no one answered the phone to me

Placed a £45 order on just eat today for a food shop from brierleyhill asda waited in and the food was never delivered contacted just eat about this and still now reply £45 is a lot of money loose if you never recieved your order
Not happy at all if it?s not resolved soon as I will take my monthly shops and just eat food orders else we?re

If the cashiers would just stop bloody chatting to friends all the time, whilst people are cueing and waiting to pay, the lines would move a lot quicker. The gossips should do there job so other people can carry on with there Day. It gives you no confidence that they are scanning items correctly, when they aren't even looking at what they are doing. As they are engrossed in there, and what should be private conversations!!!!

The worst Asda I have ever been to. Jayne on the till was so rude! Her attitude to customers is disgusting. She spoke to my wife so abruptly when she tried to use her rewards app- ?I?m not finished yet!? she said in a disgusting tone and gave her a horrible look. My wife was shocked and said nothing as she would never speak to someone in the way she had been spoken to. She needs training on customer care ASAP.
