My first time here and it was amazing the person who did my nails did an amazing job and did a snowflake without a stencil and it turned out really good I will definitely come here again

Very poor nail work, on day 1 the gel polish started peeling off one nail and the second day it happened to 2 more, and one nail extension completely came off with no reason. My nails now look a complete mess and I will be going somewhere else and get some new ones. There is one woman that works there that is very rude and was complaining about the nail polish going on her clothes when she used the electric filer when I went to get the first nail repaired. Do not recommend this shop to anyone.

Excellent my nails have lasted for a month. I used to go to saigon in Brownhills and they would only last 2 weeks. I would definitely recommend going.

Will never come here again. The last time I used them I was left with cuts on almost every finger and the design was messy, yet I was charged more than ever before. Have now found somewhere else where they are second to none.

Had a standard manicure here, I wasn't sure what base coat or top coat that was used but my colour was not very shiny, and within 2 days it had chipped. I hadn't even done any usual washing up, swimming or anything.Oh, and for some reason I was sat under the dryer for 25 minutes?!Service: Manicure

Went here to get nails done last week, a man did them he took 1 and a half hours for just acrylic with a solid color no designs never ever taken a nail salon that long to do my nails. Another man had to come over and ask me if I wanted gloss as it'll be quicker as I'd had already been there for so long, man was a trainee as other man kept coming over watching over him and saying stuff to him. I asked for black nails and he messed up the color and gave me navy blue. The nails themselves was okay . He cut my finger open a few times then upped the price to £30 definitely will not be returningService: Manicure

Saigon nails are very professional.It's always a lovely atmosphere and the staff are all very welcoming and friendly and helpful. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
