I have been to this branch of Lloyds only twice. Both of these times I did not get what I wanted. The first time all I wanted was to draw out three thousand pounds. I was told it wasn't very secure for me to walk round with that kind of money in my pocket, I was not aloud to take this money out. It's my money and they won't give it to me. The second time was to open an account. They could not do it. I would have to go into Walsall branch. I cannot walk to Walsall branch as I am disabled. So what is the point of me staying with Lloyds Bank.

Normally pretty good place to bank and staff usually friendly got their today doors locked people inside then someone comes to loose a customer out and I asked oh are you shut a brupt answer YES then doors slammed
Never thought about it much before but 9 till half 3 what type of hours are they 6 an a half hours a day is this part time and bet they are on extortionate wages as we know the bank charges are
Lloyds bank if your paying staff stupid money they may want to do a few more hours to service to public as these hours are ridiculous

Many thanks to the staff at Lloyds Bank in Bloxwich for welcoming our year 10 students today. The students are studying finance as part of their PSHE education and the manager and staff were fabulous with them. We had a great afternoon in the branch and will definitely be returning next school year. Thanks from all the students and staff!

this branch did not print a bank statement for which is against lloyds bank policy. this is how they are runny this branch and one of them was rude me. staff is not good for bank reputation.
