We have visited that place for first time while we had a trip to Bloxwich. Quite big carpark, same offers like every others KFC restaurants (obviously), staff very helpful. Place very clean and tidy. Easy access. The only difference we realise was, they offer French fries. Similar to Mcdonald. We were surprised because in Scunthorpe for a long time they offer chips, I mean the bigger. But still same flavour so is no big issue.

We always stop here on the way home from visiting family as the chips are so nice where Stafford chips are not great n chicken is always fresh and hot

DISCRIMINATION and HUMILIATION is the service you get at this establishmen.
Someone goes into this take away up to the counter and asks to order some food. Was ordered in a rude manner "to use the self service screens" to which they advised the worker - "I can't read so can't"
Only to be told...there is a sign there advising "to let us know if have any trouble using the machine"
Well how can they know that if they can't read the sign is irrelevant!! This lead to the all the people in the local vicinity knowing that this person can't read making them feel embarrassed and upset! Total humiliation and Discrimination towards this honest working person trying to get some dinner.
Will be escalating a complaint to management for the disgraceful treatment!!
