“Not quite a 5 star as it can be difficult getting through on the phone,but unlike what others have put I find all reception staff I have ever spoken too must be all of them by now polite and efficient,yes I will admit that appointment's can be quite a while away but having experienced the waits at other surgeries in the area (before during and after COVID) ,due to working in care ,this is one of the better ones for length of wait for appointments,as I say my main issue is sometimes not every time it takes a while to get through on the phone,my latest dealings on Wednesday deserve a 10 star rating,phoned at 8am as they opened,got almost straight through (2 minutes on phone),this is for a sick note (long term) polite receptionist took my details and said it would be passed on to doctor,by 9.14am the sick note had been sent to my phone ,that I feel is fantastic service and deserves praise”
