My mom thought she would treat herself to a new hair cut and omg they butchered it. she came home crying. I just wished she had not paid for it. What can I say? There is no where else my family & I would go to get our hair done. I have 2 children with special needs who absoloutley adore going to see Jo for haircuts, Jo always makes sure they feel comfortable & is amazing with both of them.
