Plenty of variety of clothes, but watch out if you want to do exchange, you must leave the label on the product, even though you return it within 28 days. They will only give you money back if the till is on the product and it?s not worn according to the lady behind the hill, who exchange my productBut I?ll have a staff are very friendly and help you find your sizes and changing rooms are comfortable and quality of clothes is good for the money

In my experience with buyers in sales services, when sales are expensive and customer service is not good, I advise the service owner to provide a better service to customers. Improve customer service

Not only for clothes, they have a wonderful collection of perfumes for women and children. I advise you to try them, you will not regret them. Because I have tried their perfumes and have not replaced them for ten years, they are worth a try for those who have never used them before.

Purchased several Items yesterday (8th November 2023) including perfume, when I got home the female serving me hadn?t even put the perfume in the bag, wasted £22.00, she knows who she is ground floor tills at the back the shop, next to a senior female, make sure you check your bag before leaving the store, I will NOT be shopping here again!

For the second biggest city this Zara is terrible. The shop layout is awkward and the queues for returns (since Zara charge to via post) is long and not there enough tills.Come one Zara, move to a larger premises and make the shopping experience more enjoyable. And please, train your staff to smile occasionally.

Bullring Birmingham. Customer service the worst all staff to busy just standing around. No help at all asked couple sales staff to see if they had items in store check area where they be or if they be in stockroom. Staff not interested in helping don?t smile very bad service. Till open upstairs for refunds only 1 customer been served then downstairs till open for purchases and 20 customers waiting. Went to use self checkout and no staff on hand to help even after press the help button another customer had to help me then I help another customer. Shocking Zara nice clothes store nice but you need to train your staff in customer service and to smile makes me want to shop online Zara. Shows it?s the staff because went into Zara men and the staff in there tiny bit better and helpful. Because you work for a brand don?t give the staff the right to think they better than the customer. If I was their manager I would speak to the staff around customer experience. Very shocking.

I can only assume, from the 5 or 6 times I?ve visited, that it?s not very nice working in Zara, Birmingham. The staff are all SO rude. I tried on 8 items, as I was coming out of the fitting room I was struggling to lift the items I didn?t want to purchase onto the rail. The young lady working the fitting rooms wasn?t attending to anyone else at that time, but told me to put them on the rail. I asked if she could help me as they were heavy and I couldn?t lift them high enough (I had 2 large coats, plus knitwear) and she huffed, then took one item off me and walked off!! Not the first time I?ve encountered this attitude in this store. Then at the returns desk the lady was barking at everyone who joined the queue to make sure they didn?t want to purchase, just return or exchange. The queue downstairs was huge as I walked down after returning and exchanging my items. Only one member of staff was polite and nice to me during my visit. The rest? Abysmal. When are Zara going to actually train their staff? Shame on this manager for allowing this awful environment to fester.

If I could give 0 stars I would.I was waiting outside at 10:28am this morning, a lady has come to the door to let one of the staff members out and in a rush closed the door on me - instead of making any of the customers aware "we open at 10:30". The store did not open for a further. 3 minutes this morning. After spending about 10 minutes in the shop, I have asked a lady upstairs if I was able to use the changing rooms and she has advised "not open until 11am".I went downstairs to pay at the tills 10:40 am. Lady comes to the till and says "Till is not open until 11am"....What is the point in opening a store at 10:30 if you haven't got your act together? - Staff are rude and miserable.Honestly quite disappointing, everyone in Zara seems to be quite moody. There could have been an announcement that your tills and changing rooms are not open until a further 30 minutes. You might as well not have opened up the shop until you have everything organised.Wouldn't bother going to this store, they never have more than 2 people on the tills, you can only exchange and return upstairs and only purchase downstairs. No A/C and you can be stuck in queues on some days waiting for 30/45 minutes. These are the same type of people you will hear screaming and shouting when retail will all end up online. Maybe if you guys trained up your staff with customer service skills - you would get a better outcome.Honestly the most disorganised place I have ever been to.0/10 - Customer Service0/10 - Waiting time5/10 - CleanlinessI suggest if you shop here, you might as well catch the same attitude these lot have and return it 10 x fold back to them. Clear and evident they have no manners or respect for you so return it .

Absolutely shocking Zara. Queues are always the length of the shop. This obstructrs walkways. They have a designated return desk, that could be used as a checkout. Queues to changing. Staff take their time. Primark has better customer service and much shorter wait times!!

Today I wanted to return the goods, there was no receipt. But the product had a price tag. She showed me the payment by salary on the day of purchase and asked me to restore the receipt and make a refund. The staff said it was impossible and no one could help me.

Love Zara it's one of my favourite shops, but to physically go out and shop in Zara is a nightmare. The queues are ongoing no matter if it's the queue to pay, fitting rooms or customer service desk. The queues are enough to put anyone off. They need a bigger store and more staff for woman and children possibly the size of H&M, please and thank you

Terrible customer service by the manager of Zara men's. Declined to provide me with an exchange, despite the fact the garment had been worn once and had fallen apart at a seem. He blamed this on the fact that a label had been removed (the one with a scissor mark on it, telling you to remove it). Under the sale of goods act this shirt was not fit for purpose. The manager couldn't manage his way out of a carrier bag. Poor quality clothing and even worse customer service.

I rarely go into zara as always thought too expensive. Some lovely items in here. Team leader needs to remember manners costs nothing when public asking a question!!
