I visited Wicks Perry Barr on 23/02/2023. I was served by Richard & Harbans. Their customer service was excellent and very helpful. Richard helps me all the way through to find me the correct product . Can?t thank them enough.

Staff are always professional and helpful,But the staff member Raj who assisted me today went out of his way, and really went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the right item.Thanks to his expertise, I am a happy customer.

Very rude told me to get out cause i tried to buy a kitchen. Then a dude came out, poked his finger in my mouth and said he?s gonna throw hands next time and get his boys on me. For future reference stay away from the donny in timberlands, stay safe and just don?t step foot anywhere near this shop.

Kitchen. Bathroom Showroom.......... Moved into a new house, looking for a kitchen and bathroom. Visited this branch to look at the showroom and get some help...... O'Dear :( Showroom very poor/Shabby not a great advert for the company. The Kitchen displays aren't good (Door handles missing, broken shabby doors) and Dirty. Bathroom showroom even worse, Bath panels broken products missing from displays , again dirty. No POS on show. I walked around the area for 15-20 mins not one member of the showroom staff came over to me (Two of them just sitting at there desks) NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.

Disgusting customer service. Untrained staff. The Perry barr store should be closed. Come on head office, this branch is doing more damage to your reputation. All the reviews highlight the same issue. Acknowledgement from management ?crocodile tears?. This particular store is for desperate and new naive customers. What a joke. It beggars belief that some employees are employed there and how they passed their job interview.

I had a most horrible experience at this branch every staff member was extremely rude they were not helpful at all Pamela one of the staff member she's was extremely rude to us she was basically racist I went to the manager he was telling me that she had a bad day that's why she is rude to everyone today I asked him so it's absolutely fine by you to let her be rudeto customers I advised him to send her to home or mental health check because that's not normal if you're having a bad day you making everyone's life hell.

What a joke. I was charged twice for the items that I purchased I told the lady who served me at the time and she told me it wouldn?t come out from my account. It did. When I went back the lady on the till tried her best to help me however it wasn?t in her power. I waited 2 weeks for the refund to be sorted out. On 4 different occasions I went into the store to try and get it sorted. The main manager Manjit was patronising and not helpful at all. This was appalling and they couldn?t come to terms with the fact it was there fault. People like that should not be working in retail.

Mid-sized store. Plenty of parking available in the car park outside. Staff were all very young (late teens/early twenties), and seemed indifferent to customers; quite an odd approach to have. They were very busy having a chit chat amongst themselves, to notice customers. The only thing that stood out to me was that they actually stood by their policy of holding on to click and collect items for 7 days. Whereas, most other Wickes stores will go against their policies and cancel the order after 48 hours.

Do not reccomend. Steve was our design planner. Do not trust him. He gives you false information just so you buy with wickes. Our bathroom cost total of 2500 with 4500 installation. When the installer arrived he wanted 3k on top for a normal size bathroom it was ridiculous price. We then found our own installer which cost so much less half of what they asked for and our bathroom looks incredible. When we asked Steve for our refund because we gave 3k in deposit. He said we was not entitled to full refund because the discount came off installation not product. Which did not make sense because our paperwork clearly took discount off the bathroom they are liars and unprofessional. Do not go there and do nor use them. The admin girls who work there are rude you call them and asked to get a call back and never do. Find your own installer do not go with these poeple. Waste of time waste of money.

I've recently returned some white Geneva doors and shouodve been refunded my money after the doors were returned to store. I had to go in to chase this up to be told by a manager (Cat) the refund wasn't processed so I'll have to wait 5 working days. Another 7 days has passed and I've just went back in store to find out what's going on.. They lady on the desk has put through the refund (again) will get it in the next 5 working days. This is beyond a joke aa the doors were sent back nearly 4 weeks ago

If I was able to give Wickes Zero stars I would.I recently had a Click and Collect order experience with Wickes that has left me feeling extremely dissatisfied. As a loyal customer of many years, I expected better service from the company.On May 15th, 2023 at 12:09, I placed an order online and followed all the necessary steps, including providing payment information. However, when I arrived at the store to collect my items, I was informed that my order had not been processed correctly and the staff was unable to locate it. This caused me a great deal of embarrassment as I had arrived at the store within 30 minutes, as the website stated, to collect the items, but was unable to provide any order confirmation.Furthermore, I later discovered that Wickes had taken £27 from my bank account, even though my order had not been processed correctly. When I contacted the contact centre, I spoke with a representative who was unhelpful and refused to take my complaint seriously. She suggested that the issue was with my bank and that I should contact them directly.However, when I contacted my bank, they informed me that the funds had been reserved by Wickes and were not a result of any issue on their end. This means that Wickes had taken money from me for an order that they had failed to process correctly.I am extremely disappointed with the way that Wickes has handled this situation. The cost of materials for DIY projects is already high enough without having funds unnecessarily reserved due to order processing errors. It is not fair that I have had to pay twice for my items due to your company's mistake.I was given incorrect email addresses by the customer services team and was unable to raise my complaint formally on the day.This will discourage me from using Wickes again which is disappointing as they were my nearest DIY store.I hope that a senior manager can contact me to discuss this matter further. I would appreciate it if this situation could be resolved to my satisfaction as I am currently reconsidering where I will be purchasing my DIY materials in the future.
