Whenever I go to wickes a staff called Pinny is very helpful she always has a smile on her face and gives amazing advice she is my favorite staff I strongly recommend going to wickes the staff are great

Karen Khan, kitchen designer is superb at her job. From initial contact, measuring up, tweaking the design to dealing with supply glitches and installation queries she was professional and thorough. Very pleased with my new kitchen.

i have come to wickes and was buying things for my home renovation. whenever i asked for assistance no would come or they would oblivious to what you are saying, we then came to the till and we needed to place a order for things that they don?t have. it was near closing time and we asked that we needed assistance ages ago and i waited 20 mins and i really need to place this order and o was getting frustrated as im heavily pregnant and waiting for assistance and no one come. the manager came and i asked pls could you just place the order as i don?t wanna order something wrong and you guys would have more knowledge and he was like no because the laptop is off, then in fustration i said it?s just google and then the manager kash was very rude and abrupt and said ur giving abuse, in which i replied this isn?t abuse im frustrated and he then went not you and pointed at my husband in which he didn?t even speak one word. and i stated to him my husband didn?t even say a word, im the one that spoke. to have a manager representing ur business like this is disgusting and accusing someone of doing something which didn?t happen is worse, in which the worker which was serving me went ignore him, he was wrong.
