The smell of body odour is horrendous! Please can someone get the staff to wash. I couldn't go upstairs due to lack of air.

Both on the website and door of the post office it clearly states that the store closes at 17:30.My girlfriend and I arrived at 17:15. We were greeted by a veritable tirade from whom I can only assume was the male manager, stating he was from Smith's, chastising us for entering the store as he claimed it was closed and had even attempted to block off the entrance with various pieces of store furniture because he 'had to catch a train.' The post office worker thankfully chose to ignore him and exchange our money, despite him telling her not to serve us. It was an incredibly rude and unprofessional service from a member of staff whining about having to do their job because of some personal matter.

Cold and dirty. Went first thing this morning and the stairs were filthy. Really small selection of books and the offers that are online are not available here.

WHSmith is a place where I'd recommend you to buy everything from pencil cases, stationery, thousands of exotic books and more. Some have upstairs and they lable clearly where the children books are and where the adults books are.

Only we into Smiths as that is where Harborne Post Office is now located. Did try to buy a magazine, but what ever you do, don't try to get a member of staff to serve you...they'll show you how to use the self service machine though...are they trying to do themselves out of a job !!!!!

This is quite a small WH Smith but still carries all the inspiring magazines, books, stationary and gifts that I expect to see, and is manned by helpful staff.

If this is the one in Kidderminster then its a nice shop with friendly and helpful staff, but it is kinda cramp in there (narrow isles)?but that mean more products/bigger range.

Not people friendly. Staff seem to think customers are a nuisance and should use self service checkout and not expect to be served by a member of staff. Fine by me I'll shop elsewhere.
