Seems closing early is an ongoing issue. Last 3 times I?ve been to resorts world it?s been closed before 6pm. Hours state open till 7.

I visited WHSmith at resorts world yesterday with a friend who happens to be blind. He needed an Apple cable.We were served by Gareth and what an amazing guy he is. Very professional and informative. But also very warm and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble.What a great ambassador. Gareth is for WHSmith!

Poor stock maintenance and profiteering on captive market. £2.49 for a packet of Paracetamol compared to just 49p at Boots a few yards away!

Wh Smith like on motorway services... But dearer. Pretty standard, can't really complain, prices are to be expected to be high on the airport, but you get a free newspaper with a bottle of water :)

Forced to use unmanned tills, which force you to wait when you buy something that can't be sold to children (Viz). I got sick of waiting so went to the proper till, only to be rudely informed that the till was shut. Tried to talk back but was spoken over - the woman didn't even give eye contact. The tills also insist on a boarding pass, but there is no legal requirement to show this so that's another delay. To add to all this, the food selection consist mostly of unhealthy chocolate and biscuits. Avoid like the plague.
