Absolutely love whittards, however every time I have been to this particular one I always come across the same rude workers. Constantly pressuring me to buy something when I was just having a look. There was also testers I went to try today, and the woman working there was giving me a disgusting look and came up to me telling me I can?t try the testers if I?m not buying something. Staff here are useless and in no way helpful- mostly discouraging people to want to shop here, they need to have some more friendly staff as makes it very unpleasant experience!

would give less that in could as 1 is generous visited for the hot chocolate day promo and arrived at around 20to 10 intime for a 10am opening to find the store had already been open for over 30mins before hand then the woman on the till just shouts that they had sold out. grossly unfair sticking to hotel chocolate for hot chocolate in future

Came across an ad, about getting a free hot chocolate. Went onto the website and picked up a few things to buy, looked appealing. The store opening times was 10 am. Got there @ 09.45 just to find out that the store was already opened since 9.30 and we were turned away after waiting in the queue for 10 minutes. Absolute waste of time and mismanagement.

Me and a friend went in around 3pm on the 12th of December for some Christmas shopping as soon as we went in we where met with a not so friendly welcome a lady that worked there in a rude tone asked us what we where doing we explained we here Christmas shopping anyway we continued to shop and tried the testers to see what it was like the tester was amazing we all loved it (there was 3 of us all teenages) we asked what it was and they said it was raspberry ripple it turns out it wasn't, we had asked the same lady that had been rude as we walked in the door the same lady was muttering and nagging for us to buy something she was also changing her volume as she spoke to us apposed to other customers maybe we had this experience because we where teenage or she just prematurely judged us,very disappointed. I love the product but the customer service was abysmal from this one lady. I should also mention we spent 50 pound in store maybe we shouldt have.

Love the products but when in store today around 3pm I was greeted very rudely by a blonde lady with glasses, she proceeded to be very rude to me about if I was going to purchase anything or not (I spent £50), made me feel very judged and under pressure as if I was not good enough to be in the shop. Just not the level of customer service I would expect from such a good company. Loved Whittards for years and never had an experience like this one before.

Meant to review some purchases I made sometime ago. Never been disappointed with any purchases I?ve made. Some of the best quality teas out there. Shame some of my favourites are no longer on sale. Need to fill up some of my empty caddies! Highly recommend.

I have been going whittard for a long time and have many of their products, normally the team is very sweet but lately this one lady who i assume is a manager had started to become extremely disrespectful. The products are by no means cheap and if im going to buy the product i would like to try the sample. I tried a sample and gave mine to my sister. When my sister wanted to try the hot chocolates herself and i went to buy one of the instant tea i overheard her being extremely rude to her and insinuating that she had tried the sample over and over and over when really she had barely a taste and was seeing if she wanted to purchase it herself. Then proceeded to indirectly threaten to ban us from the store. I returned the product and we all left we will not be visiting or purchasing any products until this has been resolved there should not be any reason for this amount of disrespect simple for wanting to try a sample again. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Disgusting.

Lovely store and I always leave with several products. The sticky toffee pudding hot chocolate is divine. The customer service could be improved though!

I visited Whittard at the bullring train station birmingham couple of times already and always had a nice experience before. I dont know why today the staff today (a lady at the cashier) seemed very not nice and not respectful just because we tried to pay using student discount. No sample was given too. Feeling disappointed.
