Ordered prescription Monday which I needed for Saturday, was told by a rude Stephen it wasn't 7 days I understand that's my fault but he was so abrupt I explained it's Hrt which I have been on for 6 years. I ordered and hoped for best, I called yesterday Friday which spoke to Stephen again who said did you get a txt I said no but just thought my 8 items maybe ready. He said only 3 have come of which were not HRT again he was really rude to me, I said I don't know why your being so rude to me which he replied I don't think I'm being rude. I called my doctors they said only 3 items were requested not, I called chemist again and a lady answered they said nothing they can do but order again which will be another 7 days if I need it urgent call 111. No empathy at all so now I either have to ring an 111 for a mistake of theirs or go without awful customer service no wonder NHS is in such a mess

I used this pharmacy with a dental prescription. Without asking me and without me knowing they decided to elect themselves as my designated pharmacy. I only discovered this when I was issued a prescription by my GP and they asked if that was my designated pharmacy.
Not impressed at all!

Staff were friendly enough but the NHS is a joke. Been waiting a week for a prescription. Had to make 2 trips to the surgery and 2 trips to the pharmacy within an hour just to get a prescription actioned. It's a good job the NHS doesn't have to tackle life and death situations.... ??

Why hasn't the phone been fixed, its been month's now!! I have elderly parents that rely on the delivery service but it's not delivered and can't discuss with anyone!!!

They have given My prescription after 2 weeks and they would always say we need to still order like come on

The service in this pharmacy is absolutely terrible. First thing their landline is not working and this has been the case for months. The doctor prescribed some antibiotics for my 9 years old daughter. They never sent me a text, I waited for 3 days and I have tried to call them several time but of course their phone is not working. So, I just had to go there and they said to me it?s not ready yet, you have to wait. That was an antibiotic and it was for a child, I was really shocked.
The same thing again happened with a prescription for myself, I had to wait 10 days and nothing from them, when I went there they said that my medicine is out of stock. They didn?t bother to call me or to update me. The prescription is that pharmacy takes a long time to be ready and they can?t bother updating you or fixing their phone please try to avoid this pharmacy otherwise they?ll make you even more sick

Do not call back after misplacing medication and do not answer the phone despite over 100 attempts. Will have to physically visit to have a response. Service level is poor on this occasion. Will update review if anything improves.

Joke of a pharmacy. They were supposed to deliver an important prescription to my boyfriend?s nan who is 89 and housebound. They rang the doorbell waited a few seconds and drove off. By the time the nan got to the door the driver was gone. This happened twice.
By definition the fact that you DELIVER the prescription to the address it means the people living there are housebound or immobile.
I can?t believe she is missing on important treatment because of your driver?s incompetence!!

If I could give minus stars I would for the past twelve months I've had nothing but problems with this pharmacy prescriptions wrong all the while you turn up on the date to pick up your prescription bearing in mind mine is a repeat prescription that I should get every 8 weeks
The place is a complete joke I've now changed pharmacy
How they are still in business I'll never know

The management of this pharmacy is beyond shocking . Absolutely disgusting.
Rachel and Joanne are lovely but after constant mistakes , being lied to and issues , its been reported to HO and time to move pharmacies.
The shouty, abrupt and brass nature of the 'manager' is simply awful.

My partner went in earlier to pick up a cream he was prescribed last night at the hospital urgent treatment centre. He was told he?d be waiting a while which was fine but after 15 minutes the same woman said that she couldn?t sort it because she had a meeting at noon and didn?t want to be disciplined! My partner showed her the rash on his calf which looks terribly severe and said he?d been to the hospital the night before but she still refused to help. He had to keep pushing, explaining that he really needs to use it before he starts his shift as his job is practically demanding and he doesn?t finish until 10pm. Eventually she got it for him but he had to be persistent. The manner and attitude he was met with was careless and unprofessional.

Excellent service thank you very much. This was written from a customer of mine called J who had his ABPM measured today . He needed the readings for the GP on Monday . I went in especially for him on my day off to download his BP readings , so he could send them to the GP . Thank you J for that excellent review . He couldn?t send it from his phone because he hasn?t got a Gmail account . Hence the review from my account . I am the new Pharmacy Manager for Well Pharmacy Scott arms and I am happy to check blood pressure and 24 hour ABPM readings for patients . Thank you again to J .

I rang the chemist today 28/05/23, they advised that my prescription was there and they would deal with it and it would be ready when I could pick it up after work. When I got there it was almost done. They were really busy with only 2 staff. They were apologetic and polite. The staff here are amazing, always helpful and give good advice.
