Ordered prescription Monday which I needed for Saturday, was told by a rude Stephen it wasn't 7 days I understand that's my fault but he was so abrupt I explained it's Hrt which I have been on for 6 years. I used this pharmacy with a dental prescription. Without asking me and without me knowing they decided to elect themselves as my designated pharmacy. I only discovered this when I was issued a prescription by my GP and they asked if that was my designated pharmacy. Not impressed at all!

Staff were friendly enough but the NHS is a joke. Been waiting a week for a prescription. Had to make 2 trips to the surgery and 2 trips to the pharmacy within an hour just to get a prescription actioned. It's a good job the NHS doesn't have to tackle life and death situations.... ??
