Staff are incredibly slow, I waited absolutely ages while there were only 2 people ahead of me. Also the pharmacist contradicted the NHS website so that's undermined my trust in their knowledge.

Worked here for a few months as a pharmacist . The staff are great but the company will not pay for extra staff and are unsupportive . So trays are not getting dispensed because there aren?t enough staff . Mel and Becky are hard working but they can?t do more if the company are not willing to pay for staff . I helped dispense and check trays but I had to leave because the company is not good to work for . I even bought my shampoo cleaner to clean the smelly carpet in the consultation room . I didn?t even get a thank you from management . Please try and not be too harsh on the staff , they are trying their best .

This has to be one of the worst chemists anywhere. You rarely get your prescription on time and in full. They are almost impossible to contact by phone. Well I've never managed it yet. And now it seems the opening hours are whenever if ever

Never get prescription on time sometimes takes them 11 days even then I have to wait while it's made up have now changed my chemist

It's been a very horrible experience wot been said your medication ? is not in they give you a ticket and give them time when I did still not there my epilm chorno for epilepsy is important life and death , so if go Chesters were feel medication going to there,

This was my first encounter with this pharmacy I was booked in to have my Flu and COVID jabs but I'd completely got into a muddle with other appointments so I popped in a lot earlier than booked in the hope that I may be able to have them earlier and I was immediately met by such a lovely bubbly welcoming lady (sorry I forgot her name) she welcomed me and assured me that I would be able to have my planned jabs there and then what a relief! She directed me to a quiet private room and asked me to fill out a quick form she was so lovely and kind and put me at my ease talking me through every step and making sure that I was comfortable not only did she put me at my ease she also administered the injections promptly and without any discomfort she was absolutely brilliant! There was a slight technical issue with my surgery but she soon sorted it out. After completing the jabs she issued an information leaflet and made sure that I was happy and comfortable with my jabs. I asked her how long she had worked there and she replied only a month! Wow! She was fabulous and such a natural and I could see that she was enjoying her work. I would highly recommend this Pharmacy and also this lovely lady the manager/owner should be proud to have such a great member of their team working for them she is a true asset. Thank you so much you helped make a muddled stressful day so much easier and it was very much appreciated.

Racists!!! Terrible pharmacy really bad customer service Everytime me & my family go in it takes them 20 mins to hand over 1 item even tho it?s empty & theres 4 staff behind the till standing around trying to look busy. I?ve worked in pharmacy & can tell they are just standing around shuffling papers not actually working. I was also attacked by another customer in the pharmacy who started throwing stuff off the shelf at me & all 4 staff members just stood there. Didn?t intervene or get involved or at the very very least at least tell the customer to stop throwing around their products that other customers will now have to buy. They happily continued to serve the customer after she had thrown products off the shelf at me, no one came to check up on me or anything the service is appalling & those staff members do not deserve to be employed. They are never doing their jobs. Make customers queue for no reason despite there being more than enough pharmacy staff to assist. Whole pharmacy needs shutting down. Had I been a white customer the incident would not have taken place or been allowed to continue.

Absouktely disgracecul they dont answer the phone or anything im down for delievery services and nothing absoultely joke i wouldnt recommend using this chemist they rude and abrupy and just an absoulte joke

Not very helpful and don't always have medication sign says 7 days before for request prescription cannot be order from doctor till a certain date usually couple of days before run out so 7 days is useless
