Half the time, they have the meds. Often, after you've queued for ages, they ask for you to return the next day. Plus, they never answer the phone, so you have to visit. It's local, that's why I come here.

Aroosa the pharmacist had a stinking attitude as soon as I walked in. With 10 minutes left for closing, she told after 5 minutes into being there that she couldn't process my prescription and rolled her eyes whilst speaking. Nasty, rude and arrogant woman.

Please avoid. My mum used to get her prescriptions here and moved to Pharmaroo Pharmacy not too far in Acocks Green, best decision ever, her prescriptions get delivered and they actually answer the phone and speak to you so lovely whereas we call these guys all day and no answer. Please don?t waste your time and health with Well in the surgery, awful place

Absolutely SHOCKING service in this horrible horrible place
It looks like a bomb site and the staff are unbelievably rude sometimes. They come across as if they dont care AT ALL!!!!! No surprises its at a rating of 1.9 on google reviews. Shocking and horrible. One of the many reasons the country is in a mess.

What an absolute disgrace of a pharmacy.
Woefully understaffed, continually looks like it?s been burgled with everything all over the place.
No wonder they loose prescriptions It?s totally disorganised.
The hours of opening revolve around if the Pharmacist shows up or is running late.
Try ringing, they never answer probably can?t find it under all the clutter.
Order prescription through the App and that?s the end of efficiency, takes far too long to process.
Take your business elsewhere, they don?t deserve it.

The staff at the pharmacy are so rude and unhelpful. Picked up yet another prescription and yet again there are items missing. They should close this pharmacy, it's dirty and they don't seem to know what they're doing and forget customer service!

I would give zero stars if possible. Don't bother coming to this pharmacy at in the morning when it's supposed to open because it doesn't opens on time, this isn't the first time. Even the neighbouring doctor surgery have confirmed this, saying they've had a number of complaints about well pharmacy next door. Today a number of us waited outside in the rain only for it to open half an hour after it should have. The pharmacist was rude and didn't apologise and did not see anything wrong with opening half an hour late. I've permanently changed over my pharmacy now and will not be coming back to Well under any circumstance. Such an unprofessional pharmacy. I am shocked. On this occasion, the pharmacist was Aleena Zayd.

Useless!!!!
My mum's medicine was due for collection but she asked me to call the pharmacy to check as she didn't want a wasted journey. I called non stop over a period of time with no answer! how is this even allowed? Absolutely disgraceful.

Don't seem to understand why they have a phone and never pick it up? Where do I start, they never deliver on time, don't pick up their phones and when addressed don't seem to be bothered to acknowledge or bother. Management really need to look into this branch. Just because it is next to a practice, most people tend to default to it.

Terrible service. Booked jabs, turned up. Didn't have one and couldn't do the other due to maintenance without tell me. Waste of time. Go elsewhere
