Half the time, they have the meds. Often, after you've queued for ages, they ask for you to return the next day. Plus, they never answer the phone, so you have to visit. It's local, that's why I come here.

Aroosa the pharmacist had a stinking attitude as soon as I walked in. With 10 minutes left for closing, she told after 5 minutes into being there that she couldn't process my prescription and rolled her eyes whilst speaking. Nasty, rude and arrogant woman.

Please avoid. My mum used to get her prescriptions here and moved to Pharmaroo Pharmacy not too far in Acocks Green, best decision ever, her prescriptions get delivered and they actually answer the phone and speak to you so lovely whereas we call these guys all day and no answer.
