I've bought four of their Country Classics shirts so far. They're exceptional. Hardwearing, comfortable, vaccurate sizing, nice check patterns, reasonably priced and easycare so no ironing. Other brands could learn from them!

Purchased a wax jacket, but the wax washed off in the first shower of rain. Sent it back for a full refund and got the following responses:- The coat wasn't returned with tags so can't be resold so no refund will be given- The coat needs to be re-waxed periodically so this is normalAfter they realised that these points wouldn't wash, they decided to refund 12p so that they could mark it as resolved and refunded.

Very poor company! "Place your order in the next 2 hours and receive it next day" They didn't dispatch until after it should have been delivered.Avoid these amateurs when so many professional retailers around.
