What a joke the place needs a revamp the place is a real mess no data protection they tell you to wirte down you full name and date of birth on a scrap paper they then place that in a red basket and some guy picks it up from behind what happens with the customers data after that is it just placed in the bin. Rubbish no organisation in this place plus i seen the guy ticking different boxs on customers Prescriptions, maybe he gets more money if he takes different boxes plus he seemed to know the chap that he was doing you for. I think I will be changing my chemist. Because I really don't like the way this shop is run. It's like you're walking back in the 1980s. I think you need to invest in some proper organised. Computerised system do not get customers to write the information on pieces of paper. Especially when other customers can see what they are writing down. You should be in control of people's data, especially when you are obtaining it from them.

The worst pharmacy no respect, not even helpful what kind of a pharmacy is this are we human beings or animals ,we people have problems and they can?t acknowledge our pain and think it?s a joke when we need a prescription for our health to help us get through the day I?m sorry to say this everyone stay away from this awful place and find some where that will treat the customer with respect and help them not push them off or speak disrespect to us because our life is not a joke if your not the same race as them they treat you as a nobody I?ve seen this multiple times where you go to a white ethnicity pharmacy the treat with well mannered and don?t judge on your race and always help the customer no matter what I?ve got a long term heart problem which can stop beating when ever due to the medication helping my cause to make my heart efficient to stop the chances to failure on me I hope everyone can find a better place and don?t risk your health to a pharmacy that can?t help your needs

Visited here today for the first time as my usual chemist was closed. Waited around 10 mins for prescriptions, but had seating and was quiet there. Staff were polite.

Rubbish inconsiderate,went to the counter and told them my doctor sent a repeat prescription 4 days ago I have come to collect.So they asked me to write my name on a paper to check they gave me one box from 3weeks ago a prescription I didn't know of, so I explained I should have 5 types of medication to last up 8weeks,So she went to check couldn't answer as to weather they have it or not,this gone to check took 20mins,ai was in serve pain from standing as I have siactia,If the prescription had been done done and you knew I was there for a collection why not give me it??Because of obviously it wasn't ready.

The lady at the front is miserable and lacks manners! Her unwelcoming, unhelpful and abrupt attitude is a deterrent in attending this pharmacy.Front of house service should have a degree of customer service and be willing to assist and be helpful.

This is a great pharmacy. The pharmacists are really helpful regarding help and advice you need. The girls at the till are really nice and friendly too.
