Perfect place to shop. Best part of that is free 1 hour parking infront of store which is great in that area.\\n\\nVariety of items available I can get most of the items I need for my household shopping from just one place.

I'm furious, the security guard often follows me around the store. Today it happened again and funnily enough the scanner didn't work when I went to the check out. It had to be checked by a staff member. I could be wrong but I'm sure the security did this. I should not be made to feel anxious in your stores. I hate going in there, but it's the nearest to me and convenient. It is only ever this shop that I feel like that.

We bought some milk for our baby (HIP organic)\\n, and when we got home and put the milk on the selves, then we saw that it was out of date since 27 May 2021. We made a complaint and the only think that they say is ? We are sorry, we will send you a voucher?.\\nPlease be aware of what you buy!

Loved this store until they asked my husband to remove his face mask for ID when he was collecting a parcel!! Have not experienced this in any other store. He had photo ID and the email from John Lewis.

Top quality produce and things you just don't find in other supermarkets. I always call in for special things such as bread flour, tea / coffee selection, beers and wine, cheeses. There is a good in-store bakery, and a deli counter with cheese and cold meats. There is plenty of parking on site, with easy access to the rest of Harborne high street.

I come for the food, not the people.\\nGood quality of products. Good selection of meat.\\nSurprisingly poor quality of berries. I am taking my raspberry purchasing business elsewhere.\\n\\nThe staff at the check out are normal. Nothing to complain about, but nothing to glow about either. Sometimes people complain about friendliness of the staff. I generally don't expect a big deal from them. Are they rude? Sometimes. Are they friendly? Occasionally.\\n\\nAs for other items... No garden supplies. But they do sell compost. Non food item selections are generally poor.

I have been doing my shopping there since 2009, in past 12 month, few times tried to buy soya milk, it was frozen in the fridge freezer, ice milk? Thatâ??s shame

Very lively stor, staff is really polite and helpful. there is a wide variety of produce to chose from and they have quite a lot of interesting things on clearance or offers. Also the milk is amazing especially the organic whole milk would 100© recommend it.

Waitrose prices are undoubtedly higher than other supermarkets,but the quality of their food and drink is unrivalled. This store, situated in Harborne, Birmingham has a good sized car park, is modern, bright and clean. It's easy to locate all products with clear and easily discernible signage. The aisles are wide and there are all the essential food and drink items, as well a number of gluten free and lactose items. You will also be able to find luxury food and drink items you won't get in other supermarkets.. The staff are always friendly and helpful and it's always nice to visit when one is in the area. I wouldn't use the store for a main shop, but ity more than ideal for regular weekly top-ups, especially if you live in the vicinity.

Clean and plenty of room between aisles. Very pricey on everyday items though, and the marked down fresh produce, were a little worse for wear for the price.
