Better than the Solihull branch! The quality of the food is amazing and for a great price. The staff are so lovely, in particular there is a very chirpy young girl who works here named Amber. She is an absolute angel. Will definitely be visiting again in the future ??

Went in for a simple Tea exchange with reciept, woman at till charged my for new tea, told me to get refund at Customer service, the cashier lost the receipt and wouldn't give me a refund or exchange drove 14 miles for nothing ?

After my weekly shop Ive left feeling rather disappointed with the customer service I received at checkouts. The staff member at my checkout had quite the attitude. I also watched her wipe her runny nose on her hand before proceeding to scan my items. I had to wash my bottle of Pinot noir with sanitizer as soon as I got home and im still yet to drink it Because of that incident.I also had asked the lady if there was any gluten free rolls in stock as I could not find any to which she responded to me ?how am I supposed to know ask someone else?. I expect that kind of service from a local corner shop not my local Waitrose. Sadly you have lost a loyal customer and this member of staff in particular needs additional training. To describe her She was rather plump with red hair. I shall not return to this Waitrose again I will have to travel further to Solihull but atieast I will get decent service. I don?t think I?ll be retuning to Shirley branch till I am certain that that particular staff (I didn?t get her name) is not there anymore!

Such an expensive place yet no Vegan sandwich or wrap options. Majority of the food is meat, mayo or cheese based. It?s about time supermarkets start being more responsible and offering more healthier options. 90% of the options are processed junk. We need to start following how other countries stock their food stores. What a joke.

I had a great customer service experience provided by a gentleman in Hall green branch this morning 27/09/2023, You don?t see that very often nowadays, I?m sorry that I didn?t pay attention to your badge name as I was in a hurry but you know who you are, It brightens my day having to deal with nice customer service, I think the gentleman is a person in charge or manager. This is my favourite branch?

Best customer service that I had. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter and got a cancelled email the last minute around an hour before the collection which I didn?t notice till I reached the store. We couldn?t find a replacement as my 4 year old wanted a unicorn theme and we arranged all the decorations. But we were lucky enough to meet the manager Tom who apologised and was so sweet and kind enough to sort out the issue as soon as possible. I really appreciate for his kind gesture and best customer service.

Just wanted to share my thoughts about a great guy we saw on the customer service desk today to collect a parcel. He just could not have been more helpful and I?m sure it will encourage us to do more grocery shops here.

We do our weekly shop at Waitrose in Hall Green good range of food prices comparable with other supermarkets most of the staff are long standing employees always friendly and helpful and local to where we live a pleasant shopping experience.

Good range of products although I couldn't find as many organic items as I was hoping for. Staff are polite and helpful. Store looks a little tired though, could do with a refurb. Car park isn't great either but not much they can do about that given the space they have to work with.

I rarely use this store, as some staff have an attitude. Its my closest waitrose but I'd rather go to solihull as the staff there are friendlier The store itself is small but does generally have what you want. I probably won't be back for another few years, like last time when the exact same staff member had an attitude with me
