Visited with friends to try out the new limited edition vegan ramen. We were able to choose our noodles and food came out very fast. David and Mick in particular were very helpful in ensuring food was not contaminated as we had an allergy in the group.

While we?ve heard great things about the food, we didn?t even get a chance to try it. On Saturday, the hostess seated us at a table near the entrance, which was uncomfortable for my wife as people waiting to be seated could see us. Understandably, it was the only available table at the time. However, when a table behind us became available and was cleaned, my wife asked if we could move there. The hostess rudely refused, citing a long queue, even though the table was ready and our current one was clean. We even offered to move ourselves without assistance, but she shut us down without trying to be accommodating. This lack of politeness made us feel humiliated, so we decided to leave. We were simply looking for basic courtesy, especially when it was such a small request.
I would?ve given 5 stars to the food if only we would?ve had the chance to try it.
Atmosphere was fine but the short experience was completely ruined.

Lovely visit to wagas! Was greeted and sat down by 2 lovely servers & then served by another friendly server! The food was lovely & for how busy it was everything came out great! Thankyouu Ashu, Amara & Mary!!

Love a waggas!!! But this one in Birmingham is my favourite?staff are just so lovely here, service was brilliant, food was amazing as always!! The new hot honey chilli teriyaki chicken bites are out of this world!!! Great location to grab a bite to eat before a show or gig. We will be back very soon guys!! Thank you!!!

Busy on a Saturday evening though still plenty of seats dotted through the restaurant. Tried the new crispy tofu sambar fry with an egg. It was okay, not the best dish at Wagamama. Not particular hot. I found the portion too small for a main meal. Free green tea and refills. Service was prompt for a busy evening. Scan the QC code to organise/split the bill.

Extremely racist and rude staff. Ignored for 30 mins before anyone came to take our order even after asking a few times. Instead the table next to us that came after were served first by the white waiter because the customers were white. The whole time this same waiter kept giving us dirty looks, like why? Our waitress was Afro-Caribbean and she was one of the sweetest there but unfortunately never coming back to this place again. Disgusting experience.
As for the food Yakinori is a million times better and tastier. So another reason to never come here

I had an exceptional dining experience at Wagamama, thanks in large part to our server, Ash. From the moment we sat down, Ash was attentive and friendly, and provided great recommendations and ensured our drinks were always topped up. The food arrived promptly and was absolutely delicious. Ash's warmth and professionalism truly enhanced our visit, making it one to remember. I can't wait to come back and hope to be served by Ash again! Highly recommended!
