The staffs at this branch are untrained especially the Indian female staff. Very sarcastic. They look at faces to give new contract rates.I had the worst experience ever when I visited them yesterday. I do not recommend anyone to do business at this branch

The worst and the most rude untrained staff at this branch. Pathetic and ridiculous customer service, very very rude and not even interested in business for what they are paid for, infact chasing away customers walking in for Voda. Will never go in there again. Voda needs to sack these staff and bring in customer friendly staff.

I visited the Vodafone store in Kings Heath today and spoke to indie, had a great experience. Very friendly, helpful, and professional. She answered all my questions and made everything easy to understand. I?m really happy with the service I received. Great customer service!!

My friend had a new phone from here last week. He(andI)are of the age(old)when technology is above our heads. My friend wanted all of his Whatsapp past history transfered over from his old phone to the new one. It took about 3 hrs in total. I have to thank all the staff at the shop for being so patient with us, especially the young lady who did the transfer. I hope the experience hasn't scarred you for life??. Thank you once again. Terrible customer service and very pushy. Went in store just to ask price of unlimited sim only deals and the staff was betting if they could get me on a contract and of payg.
Really hate Vodafone when my contract is over never using them again.

Would give zero stars if I could! KASIM is very persistent in making you upgrade even though you tell him that it's unaffordable. Aking me personal questions about my earrings. Forcing me to buy extras when I don't need too. He had a very 'mr know it all attitude!' FIX UP KASIM!

Terrible customer service - I went into store because of an issue with my sim. I am on PAYG. The guys in there were very pushy and tried to get me to go on contract. They told me there was nothing they could do for me unless I agreed to having a contract with them. They were very unhelpful.
I went to another phone store and they sorted the issue in a matter of a few minutes. Even they was shocked to hear how a vodafone store couldn't fix a simple problem. I will never use a Vodafone store again.

I HATE VODAFONE BUT....This is the only store I will come to from now on.Kasim is a absolute asset to the team.After being in a horrible trapped cycle for months trying to sort my broadband account out. Kasim went above and beyond and helped me when almost 14 other advisors couldn't.Kasim is the only reason I'm still with Vodafone and will stay with Vodafone.

The people in this store in Kings Heath are fraudsters that take advantage of elderly customers. My 86 yr old hard of hearing Father was told, untruthfully that his pay as you go account was no longer available and they coerced him to sign up for a monthly plan that he did not need. The pay as you go plan was working fine. When he tried to cancel the plan they told him there would be a charge of 300 pounds to cancel it. Outrageous, do not use this store.
