The customer service is not good and the advisor called IMAN she is too rude to customers and started arguing with me and one of the other advisor came she is good and tried to stop her but she is still same.if u want better customer satisfaction please train her or remove her or atleast tell her to behave good with customers.she might have personal issues but should not reflect it with customers.please train her and I?m sorry .

I went in to get a 1 month sim card for roaming purposes for my trip. I was helped by Kulvinder. He was very friendly, and sorted out my request promptly. However, when I got home I lost the sim card! I had to go back to the shop and Kulvinder sorted that out straight away with no messing around.

Was in Birmingham for the day on Saturday - made a visit to the store and was served by Aadil. Agreed on a new phone upgrade and contract length (36 months). It took a long while to sort as apparently there was issues with my address but eventually I signed and left. Once arriving back home I realised my confirmation message said 24 months not the agreed 36. Just been in to my local store to collect the phone and sort the problem but been met with a no basically! So whilst I understand people make mistakes - Aadil?s mistake not only cost me all that time waiting in the Birmingham store (over an hour) to sort the contract out - I?ve just spent an hour talking to customer service and in my local store to sort out the problem - to no avail. One too many problems for me - a loyal customer of 16 years lost Vodafone.

I signed up for a 36 contract at £30/m and now am being told that it's been changed to 24 months and I will be paying £50/m. Not just this, it happened on 13th day of 'right to withdraw' period. Why are you being sneaky under T&Cs? Waste of time and effort for potential customers. Unacceptable service Vodafone!

I was involved in customer service for 50 years training staff across the UK and I can categorically and unequivocally say the service I received here today from the manager Anisa was 2nd to none. Please do not hesitate to go here guys. If you want to buy anything from a mobile phone shop, we all know what they can be like sometimes, but this is most definitely the exception to the rule a extremely and very pleasant experience today. Thank you so much your service, is to be commended. You should be very proud of yourself and I do hope Vodafone realise how privileged and honoured they are to have such exceptional staff working for them.Please this is Vodafone Lower Mall Bullring Birmingham, but they would not let me post for this shop for some inexplicable reason.

We waited over 30mins to see as on the weekdays of Wednesday, only 4 members of staff are working & some ppl are waiting even longer & some are just give up waiting. But the gentel man who see as, was very helpful, & trying to fix the problem, but he couldn't do it at the end.
