Went for eye test - had all the works, pictures, vision and visual field testing, dry eye test. Optician was Tosin and she was very welcoming and explained everything really well, I was very nervous going in (hate having my eyes touched) but she was very nice and reassuring. Thank you so much.

I had my eye test done last week. Staff is really welcoming from owner to retail staff they give exceptional service. From meeting to director then pre screening to optometrist everyone is professional and friendly. Priti did dispensing for me . She was really honest with suggestions. A big thanks to Priti for being such a helpful person while I chose my first time glasses and she was really calm while i was being fussy?. I've collected one of the glasses today. And it's really good. I don't remember the lady name but she helped me with adjustments. I'm definitely gonna recommend it to my family because of their caring and friendly environment ?. Thank you again everyone for such a friendly service. :-)

1 star for good service the man who served 1st today appointment 2nd star for Sara who checked my eyesight 3rd star for Ben he helped me to choose my glasses I'm really happy with these 3 staff customer service but 2 star not received this branch so called as she said to her self manager but her service is rubbish. she makes me really uncomfortable confused me. After deciding frame normally choose lenses and give measurements she offers me Varifocal lenses rather then telling me which lenses is good for my eyesight. She was telling me price £100 £150 £250 £290 for lenses we want good quality not price munue. I bought it normal lenses glasses which I don't want to buy but due to manager attitude not bought it. when asked, i want someone else can serve me, I'm not feeling comfortable with u, she said no one else take this lenses measurements. I'm a manager. if u don't have staff don't dealing this way. This is my last glasses with this branch I will not come again.Before 5 years u got staff they are best I would love to see them back.

The optician i got doesn't sanitise equipment between each customer. Normally, previous opticians wipe down the common areas right infront of customers. Its reassuring to see especially after just surviving a global pandemic. When asked she just answered "yeah" with no enthusiasm, didn't even look at me! I won't go back next year or two

Absolutely shambolic and unsympathetic lot where the Director (Benoit Vallat) doesn't even want to come on the phone and sort issue. Ordered nearly £300 worth of specialist lenses from a company pushed by Vision express to go for. They failed their QC for the lenses twice and I couldn't get my sunglasses before my holiday. They have refunded the money (which obviously they had too) but no compensation offered. Extremely poor customer service and a complete disregard on affect on customers!! STAY AWAY from these lot

I could not have asked for more from the wonderful team at Harborne today! I turned up on the wrong day at 11:30, with a snapped in half pair of glasses and no spares and no contact lens backups! The wonderful team not only managed to slot me in, they made it as efficient as possible and got me back in a pair of glasses by 16:30!! Thank you so much for going above and beyond today! Priti you are amazing and I?m loving my new specs! Amazing customer service today!!

Excellent service! I visited this shop today to adjust glasses I had purchased in the shop at Bullring. The shop assistant Benoit could ?see? my issue before I even mentioned it. His skilful adjustments made my glasses fit perfectly, enhancing my comfort and vision in just five minutes. I wish I had bought the glasses in this shop. Highly recommend his assistance to all.
