I have been a customer for over 26 years at this
branch of Vision Express, moving with them from the old store into the Bull Ring. Service is very good, in fact excellent with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I have to mention both Andrew and Trudy who have been there such a long time and make your feel like family. Their knowledge is extensive and warmth and care makes the appointments a pleasant experience. Having issues at the moment with contact lense trial but by its nature trialling something new will or can be hit or miss.
I would certainly recommend them, as the choice of glasses, sunglasses etc is very good and the equipment changes, as technology changes.

I had a fantastic experience at Vision Express Bullring with Drew (Andrew). He was incredibly professional, patient, and friendly throughout my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my choices. It?s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service, but Drew went above and beyond. I had a bad experience with Merry hill Vision express and they told me I should just go to a vision express near me and didn?t want to fix my issues or problems. Thanks to Drew, I left feeling really well looked after?thank you, Drew!

My experience was good today. Hiba (apologies if the spelling of your name is incorrect) was very pleasant, and listened to what I had to say about my vision. She explained things thoroughly around the vision changes. Only down fall was wait time at the beginning and that the card machine for payments was broken one card machine in the whole store, needs reviewing.

I have been with Vision Express for many years for glasses and contacts lenses. Everyone treats me with professional friendliness and I always feel known and cherished. Especially by Jas who somehow always remembers me and our last conversation- that level of customer care is important and makes me feel a huge loyalty to the Store in the Birmingham?s Bullring.

Great range of designer frames. Customer service has mostly been great, sometimes okay. The eye test processes (contacts/glasses) were smooth and all my questions/concerns were addressed/explained well. Thanks
Lower rating more for the labs than the store - I bought a pair of sunglasses (and ordered a replacement) and both had scratches on the frames. Actually, the replacement was even worse, and the plastic was also peeling on one of the arms (aggressive use of a tool?). I was told in store that this is normal during reglazing but I am not convinced. I have had prescription sunglasses from elsewhere that did not have this issue. Honestly, quality control should be better. Just something to be aware of. I am still keeping this pair as not a good use of my time to go back in (with no guarantee the glasses would be any different), and at least the second pair doesn?t have a chipped lens like the initial one did.
