Absolutely horrible experience with customer service. They charged me an early termination fee but won?t mention it on my final bill. Told them a million times day in day out for 2 months that i needed this mentioned in my bill so that i can claim it off my new providers. Their agents would keep tossing me from pillar to post. Fake promises. Next time i?d call the new person would have no idea what the previous agent had told me. Absolutely pathetic experience. Not to mention their useless internet speed. Glad im done with this company now. Never again.

Totally useless company finished with them October last year still taking money out of my account canceld it at the bank they reopened it without telling me had 5 phone calls from them to get me to stay if you have the slightest bit of common sense stay away from virgin media

I am not inpress at ALL with Virgin Media. If you have an overdue bill you are unable to speak to ANYONE. This is so wrong, "Virgin" give customers the option to discuss with you ones finiancial circumstances instead of only! 1 option which is to pay in full.

Constant internet blackouts, no resolution, or ?real? assistance and being a loyal customer is of no benefit when it comes to package prices.Cannot wait until our contract ends in September 2023, so we can find a service provider who believes that ?ALL? customers matter and not just the ?NEW? ones they try to entice with their offers.

Attended here for a team meeting, great facilities, great people. Had dinner in the canteen food was great. Very clean and tidy with a good atmosphere. I visit here quite often, always a good location.

Worst experience ever in my life. I am surprised to hear that how a sales person of westbromwich can say me like "I sold you the package, now i have no concern about you facing the problems, plz call to the service team" and the responsiveness was really worst. For canceling the plan, I have spent my almost 4 hours. Never take subscribe this company's product. ??????
