Me and my husband visited Victoria James after reading reviews. As soon as we walked in and spoke to them we knew we'd chosen the best place to go. I had been given a ring that was my great grandmother's wedding ring with five diamonds. It's over 100 years old and was absolutely tiny for my finger. We wanted it remodelled into a ring that I could wear as an eternity ring with my engagement and wedding ring. I wish I'd got his name, but he was fantastic. He spent time going through the options, drawing out the designs and even polished and resized my engagement and wedding ring. We didn't feel rushed at all and he was friendly and chatty. The atmosphere made it a special experience which is exactly what you want from an eternity ring. We left knowing the ring was in totally safe hands. I was nervous with excitement collecting the ring a week later. We were totally overwhelmed with how the ring is true to its inheritance, but beautiful and modern. I can honestly say it was the best choice of jeweller and if I need anything else in the future I'll be back. Thank you so much for your genius work and creating something so special. Hopefully it will be around for many more years to come and maybe one day I can it to my grsndaughter.

Went to Victoria James with a small opal I had purchased a few years back and had an initial discussion with Geoff, the founder/jeweller on how best to incorporate into a ring for a silver wedding anniversary present. Geoff?s design and the final ring he made in platinum with diamond setting was stunning and way beyond our imagination.

Geoff and Tyler were absolutely brilliant. We went in looking for a wedding band for my partner but after hearing my engagement was my grandmothers and not new, Geoff asked if he could check it over to ensure the claws were still strong and the diamond was secure. He then cleaned the ring and matching earrings for me.Because of this I asked him to do the valuation and adjustments, which he did the same day and even took the time to look into the history and tell me about the ring and when it was made. My engagement ring has never looked so clean and fits perfectly. The whole experience was brilliant and I?ll 100% be going back in the future for any other jewellery needs!

Geoff and Tyler looked after us whilst I was shopping for my wedding band. Even though I wasn?t 100% sure what I wanted, Geoff patiently showed me through various different options and talked me through the different designs I could add to the ring if I wanted. I didn?t feel rushed or pressured into buying and the whole experience was a pleasure. They also looked after my fiancée but I will leave her to review her experience. We will definitely be recommending Victoria James to our friends and family and will also be returning for our future jewellery needs.

Came in with a variety of old rings and gold looking for inspiration and found Geoff. We always go to 3 people to get ideas and costs and Geoff was due to be first of the 3. After Geoff spent an hour with us discussing alternatives we decided to look no further and agreed they would take it all apart and create a diamond cross and 2 earring drops to compliment existing diamond earrings. A few weeks later we returned and walked away really pleased with the results.In addition he reset our engagement ring in a more modern setting which allowed more of the emerald to show, and arranged for 2 old pocket watches to be serviced.All in all Victoria James was a great find. Thank you.

This is the second time I have taken a ring in to have it reset, one sapphire and one diamond. Both times the work is of the highest quality and ready when they say. I always feel safe leaving my jewellery with them and they always give an extra polish so sparkle like new!

Fantastic team, we initially went in a few months ago with my vintage ring. The detail and time taken to talk us through the history and stones was amazing! Beyond knowledgeable, they are a true find!The positive experience stayed with us, and when we needed some advice we popped back in today and we are so grateful for your help, not only was the time taken to talk through options to repair, costs and recommendations. The staff could not have been more helpful, they were very attentive and wanted the best results.I went in to the shop with my request to reset a ring, design a new trilogy ring. Also repair 2 brooches.All jobs where beautifully executed and I now wear each piece of jewelry with pride.

My husband wanted to buy me a ring to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. I felt i wanted to use the diamonds & emeralds from some of my own jewellery some of which i no longer wore due to changes in my joints.Tyler was extremely helpful throughout the whole process, sending pictures of the design of the ring i wanted before it was made.Geoff the owner & jeweller who made the ring explained the process & removed the stones with great care, ensuring it was definitely what i wanted.The result was a beautiful ring i was thrilled with thankyou so much to all at Victoria James

We had a wonderful experience working with Victoria James Jewellers. Initially we popped in for a chat and to get ideas as to what we wanted for our engagement ring. We had a really interesting chat with Tyler talking about the pros and cons of working with Lab or Mined diamonds, and after trying on practically the entire store, we left to think about it. A few weeks later we arranged a consultation for designing a bespoke engagement ring. I can't tell you how helpful Tyler was with his industry and design knowledge. We have now received our ring and we couldn't be happier, it is exactly what we asked for and more. An all over great experience with Victoria James Jewellers and I will definitely be recommending them.

Had to have a ring made larger and a stone replaced. It was worth making the journey to Victoria James to talk with a knowledgeable person who could explain the processes. Excellent job and it was finished in a week.
