Not managers and members of staff writing 5 star reviews to make up for the poor reviews recently. Maybe just do better and train your team (managers included) the reviews I?m referring to are Chris Browns and I wouldn?t be surprised if other staff members have done the same, came to leave a bad review after my last visit and saw that one of members of staff I spoke to had left a review ? but yeah bad experience, wouldn?t recommend, staff too busy flirting behind the till and in the changing room to actually serve and give a good level of customer service, was met with attitude at every aspect of my visit here. Just feel like the vibe was off

The girl with the green adidas Jacket and her colleague with the crop white top at the till were really rude. I just approached the till not knowing the customers that had left was still being served and instead of being told politely, I was told in a rude manner with an eye roll that I could not be served. I don?t think that?s necessary and belongs in a work place like that. The management team should ensure that the employees comply with professionalism and they treat all customers equally and fairly.

I bought a trouser and two shirts in different colours.
I am very disappointed at the lady who served me yesterday as she has scanned the trousers twice and the two shirts as one shirt. Firstly, she was not focused on serving as she forgot the security tag on one of the shirts and I?m assuming she didn?t scan that shirt in rage. I don?t live in Birmingham so I will have to go back to get my refund.
