wanted to fill my water bottle as the station's fountain was not working. was given hot water from hot tap! Wouldnt change water for cold - abysmal service.

Asked for a hazelnut latte, only one pump as you normally do 3/4 for a large. Still proceeded to do 3. Tasted it after going away. Was really sweet. Far too sweet in fact. Taste of coffee virtually non existent. Complained and they nod and smile and apologise. I?ve worked in places like this before - common courtesy is to make a fresh one. Not happy at all.

The food was lovely and I really liked it. The food was reasonably priced (for a train station) The staff, Vineet i think he was called, was really friendly!

I bought a smoked salmon and cream cheese on sourdough. Lots of salmon on a scraping of cream cheese and stale bread. So bad not even the pigeons would eat it on the platform. For £5.99 this is very disappointing and a huge rip off. Only bought it as other stations and trains today had no refreshments available at all. Surely it?s not that difficult or expensive to make a decent sandwich?

Used upper crust for many years and when served it is always pleasant and polite.Carl is always smiling and very pleasant and was training Claudia the last time I used the outlet.I will use this outlet again like I have done for many years before.Many thanksMr Collins

Lovely staff, Joseph was very careful with my food allergy. In fact him and his colleague (didn't catch his name) were wonderful and helpful. Nice firecracker chicken ciabatta, I'll order it again when I pass through.
