I ordered my son a jacket for Christmas, he tried it on Christmas day and the sleeves were so short up his ELBOWS SO I put it straight back into the original packaging and sent it back on 3rd January 2025 i waited till middle of February to contact shein as that's another place they sell items on and they said they hadn't received the item, I then had to find this knockout sportswear myself and contact them hoping they would be more helpful.. how wrong was i!!!
They acknowledged they received the item in January but because it didn't have any tags attached they are not refunding me or willing to send me the item back, it's all a big SCAM you can't take people's money and not give them an item in return that's stealing... they have my money and the item to sell again. They stated it was all because the item didn't have any tags attached (haven't seen any proof of this? ) but on their eBay shop they sell items WITHOUT TAGS ATTACHED ???? so they just wanted to steal my money and make up a bullshit excuse basically. I've contacted trading standards and wrote bad reviews over all social media could have been avoided but customer service email from bal wasn't helpful and was just dam right rude, we've taken your money your not getting it back or the item.
