Visited Tui store and was helped by Julie.The service was amazing! Friendly and welcoming from the get go. The whole team.Julie was very patient and an excellent listener.She really ensured that all our criteria and needs were considered. She was engaging and gave us lots of tips. Particularly we don?t have a huge budget and it felt comfortable discussing holidays on a small budget.I strongly recommend this agency and if you do go, ask for Julie, she was brilliant.

We had a cruise cancelled and was disappointed however went into store and Darcy helped to rebook another cruise , it took a while to figure out what we wanted and the best way to sort things out . Darcy was friendly and very patient

What a fantastic service given by Lisa at the tui fort branch. Lisa has been amazing throughout the booking and so helpful in the process. She made it super easy to book with tui and the suggestions for the holiday were great and on point. A Five star Service given by Lisa. She deserves a big thank you and well done. We flew to scouse Tunisia on Lisa recommendation and had a fabulous holiday and she was so friendly and helpful throughout the booking process and after care too. Thank you Lisa from Samira and family. Will defo come see you soon for my next adventure.

Honestly, I wouldn?t book at this particular store. Majority are amateurs and a bunch of teenagers not knowing what they?re doing. We booked to go to Jamaica in January 2024, and we initially booked with Jo. It was all great until we tried to book a seat for a child at a later date and the advisor who we was in store (looked about 20, and no experience in booking whatsoever) said she didn?t know we could book a child in premium? ??? Honestly??? Then whom ever these advisors speak to on the phone has no clue how to do it either so just made a whole load of excuses why they couldn?t even though we had the price and seat number?.The manager either Emma or Amy? again, seemed to be inexperienced and refused to get involved and just told our advisor to call again to speak to some else?. When I made a formal complaint about it, the email said 28days, when 28days came she said oh sorry it was supposed to say 28 working days?So to cut the long story short?. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE BUNCH OF TEENAGERS. They have know knowledge or even like to admit they were wrong.
