This is a prime example as to why local banks should not be closed but also as to why institutes like TSB should have clear and precise signage when it come to forms and data.

Worst bank you can visit, shame they've closed the other "better" branches and left this open with miserable moody workers who don't even look at you properly or have any good customer service skills. Absolutely ridiculous.Better off changing banks

What are rubbish branch I went there 4.35 pm When I went to the machine to deposit my money It says I can't deposit Ask the lady manager She said everything close And it was 6 people None of them was working And on the website it says the branches closing 5 o'clock but they have closed everything before There is an empty the Deposit machine so they can go home early Very disappointed what a rubbish Management End the service I've been with the bank for more than Sixteen years Now I am thinking to change

Waste of time visiting on a Saturday morning as none of the counters are open.I can only visit on a Saturday due to work as they close before I finish work. Looks like I'm going to have to look for a bank which has opening hours that caters for working people.
