I booked an appointment with TSB staff regarding online banking on the 21/03/25 and (Fareeha) went the extra mile to make sure I was a happy customer. Even the other staff was bright and welcoming towards me, thanks again TSB Perry Barr branch , and thanks again (Fareeha) for your help I really appreciate it.

I had to come to branch for transfer and setting up internet banking I was served by Fareeha she was so helpful and so polite she helped me through the whole process the service was great and so helpful she even came over after she served her customers that to check if everything was ok and had been set up such amazing staff Adnan was amazing too as he made sure I got through everything and helped me step by step hope they keep up this service I will definitely use this branch everytime

This branch is located in a challenging area where staff have to deal with all types of difficult people. Despite this they do their best to help especially when dealing with the ill-mannered who lack basic courtesy. As a long standing customer I've never had issue getting the support I needed.
The young beautiful lady on the counter fareeha is always willing to help!

Open on a Saturday but no counter?!? What?s the point - the only time ppl go in the bank is to use a counter. Pointless

Shocking customer service! When I was working in Banking it was all about the customer and how we should excel! Here its the total opposite its like the employees are doing us a favour being at work no urgency at all.
Furthermore, if this was Sutton and the demographics were alittle different the service would most definate be better.
Also the machine they use to count the money is a fraud, the agent and the machine had different figures! The machine being incorrect.
There is a guy who has a goaty beard with transparent frames has the most i don't care attitude i have seen in a long time.

When I wanted to withdraw money from the bank, they said they only had smaller notes?fivers and tenners. Since I needed the money, I accepted. When I attempted to count the notes, the cashier told me not to, as they had already done so. I then asked for an envelope to put the money in, but they said they didn't have any. A second staff member mentioned, 'We don't give envelopes because we want to save the planet.' I was shocked by this response. Issuing a large sum of money in small notes and refusing to provide an envelope for safety reasons seems unreasonable. I'm not happy with the level of customer service at this branch. I will escalate this complaint to the main office

Worst costumer service I?ve seen by lady called Michelle not helpful at all didn?t understand anything of what I?ve said , I went to get a (mini )statement wich clearly doesn?t appear on the app they?ve printed me a full statement that I could have done it by myself and on top of that they charged me £5 for it hilarious never been charged in my 5 years since I joined them by the manager e charged that didn?t even try to understand the situation and was blaming me . TSB Perry Barr needs to wake up

Appalling service. The only thing guaranteed here is a long wait. Bank elsewhere...I know I will be.
