Disgraceful!!!CLOSED THE BANK without even receiving a TXT to let me know they was closing for good! I can't get on my banking app and they can't even help me on the phone !

Overall my experiences here have been good. Staff have always rectified any issues I?ve had. Only gripe is that they don?t control a queue very well and never stop a queue jumper.
Big shout out to Heli who is very polite and helpful.

In one word ', incompetent ', it took them over 90 minutes, 3 visits, and a disabled Pensioner having to wait with a lot of difficulty to close his bank account. The tall English chap, who never ticks his shirt in definitely seems bipolar! rather rude at times to customers who don't speak English too well.
