Went in the other morning. I found the staff to be very rude to all customers waiting. They had an alarm go off before opening, instead of telling us what was happening because we have busy days aswell we got a women mumble something.
If santander close them down it will be there own fault, but I was told they are really nice when the big bosses visited awhile ago

ATMs on the outside and machines on the inside. An actual branch with actual people for staff. A rare sight these days. Good work TSB branch.

Great service at this branch ? a huge step up from the one down the road, where I?ve had nothing but bad experiences. Shoutout to Adrian, a seasoned professional who?s clearly mastered the art of customer service. Friendly, efficient, and on point.

Please don't use this bank, my accounts been froze now for nearly 4 weeks buissness bank. Went in after 50 calls though the phone cannot understand mainly all of them. Went in older English man helped to be fair but no reason why my account as been froze after calling the buissness team because they couldn't deal with it. No reason as to why they've frozen the account with thousands in, no care there answer is they don't need to give a reason why to freezing thousands of pounds or give a time frame. My buissness has been on hold for weeks now with no care, proven legitimate evidence the moneys mine when shouldn't have to, cheeky g**s even asked for for evidence what I've spent on! Joke of a company use anywhere else

Great costumer service today by the guy sitting on the help desk inside morning time 11:00 to 12:00 really helpful and understanding great team work by the lady?s sitting at the desk as well really helpful hands up ??

First visit as my local branch was shut, excellent customer service. Adrian was especially helpful and very informative. Great experience and will be using this branch from now on instead of my local one.

Appalling attitude every single time I visit this branch. Machines were being used, a staff member was sitting at the counter twiddling her thumbs. So I decided to go over and get her to pay it in at the counter to save me time, however she Refused to pay cash In because it?s now a policy of TSB that the machine have to be used and she cannot take the cash in unless it?s large amount. What sort of nonsense is this?! TSB has just got worse over the years, one of the main reasons it?s not my main bank. This was the cherry on top!

Not even star ,staff not professional not good enough for that job, I did use pay in machine it's rubbish I put £640 only showing £240 and I can't get back the rest of my money and they never rang me back,useless bank.
