Smelly dirty noisy
An age to find it, other guests said the same
A strong smell of cannabis filled my room every so often throughout whole stay
Loud constant beeping from forklifts outside at the crate depot opposite my window
Room in poor condition, stained carpet, scratched walls, one light out in bathroom and very dusty everywhere.. mirror in bathroom not cleaned had someone else?s hand writing written in the dirt on it still!!!!
Marks on bedding, walls were covered in a layer of dust
I guess you get what you pay for, I would never go here again
Receptionist was very good, but that doesn?t outweigh the rest ,

Handy location, close to all amenities and markets as well as a stone's through away fronm the shopping centre/streets! Lovely lady at breakfast who was very courteous and helpful (I think her name was Rav). She was excellent with the kids! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Would not recommend it at all sadly. The location is good but apart from that no. The rooms are small. It is boiling hot in the rooms!! Desperately need air con or fans!!! Wrecked my 2 night stay in brum and next time il stay somewhere else .

Great hotel. Only reason for the 4 star rating is the lack of parking.

Location is good. Internet signal is very bad. Your 4G or 5G works poorly in the guest rooms. So you have to purchase their WiFi if you want to access to internet.

I recently made a mistake with my booking and was so grateful for the support I received from Susan, the manager. She handled the situation with such efficiency and professionalism, resolving everything quickly and without any stress. Beyond that, she was genuinely kind, approachable, and went out of her way to ensure everything was sorted smoothly. A truly wonderful and helpful person ? thank you, Susan!

Don?t stay here if you want to sleep!
3am the laundry gets collected, driver shouting and swearing and loading his van noisily.
3.3am the bins get emptied, beeping van and wheels bins emptied in back.
What kind of a hotel has this kind of noise outside guests windows in the middle of the night.

I stayed here for one night as it was close to the Bull Ring. The staff were polite, but when I checked in, the room hadn?t been cleaned properly?there were still towels from the previous guest. They sorted it quickly after I went back to reception, but it felt inconvenient after a long journey. The location is excellent, but the attention to detail needs improving.

The hotel is in a fantastic spot, right by the Bull Ring, which made it easy for me to do some shopping. Check-in was smooth, though my key card stopped working halfway through my stay and I had to go back down to reception to fix it. The staff sorted it quickly, but it was a bit inconvenient. The room itself was clean and simple, just what you?d expect from a Travelodge. Decent for a short stay.

We received a warm welcome from the reception staff. Ample towels were provided and the bathroom was clean and tidy with good pressure on the shower - lovely.
All the staff was warm and friendly. However one particular person stood out. This was Rav the restaurant manager. She took time to chat with each group before seating them. She was funny and put us at ease straight away. She even made sure that we filled up our water bottles each day before we headed out. This lady deserves 7 stars for excellent service.

?No sleep thanks to nonstop forklift racket!?
Staying here was a nightmare. Forklifts going up and down ALL NIGHT LONG right outside the hotel. It?s nothing but constant scraping, banging, and concrete noise. No peace, no rest, no consideration for guests who need sleep. If you?re thinking of staying here, bring heavy-duty earplugs?or better yet, pick another hotel. Totally unacceptable.
The hotel?s excuse was that the noise came from a nearby local market, and they?ve raised the issue with the Birmingham Council. That may be true, but they should at least inform guests in advance and install proper soundproof windows.

Very close to the great night life, markets and shopping too, large hotel with great cafe bar offering tasty meals and good offers late night opening for drinks too no parking on site so need to use car parks which are close by pretty expensive parking though but its the same all over this area
