This was my second and last time staying here. Hotel very unclean. Customer service very poor, I complained about the sink being broken when checking out the guy at the reception tried to get argumentative? like is it your father?s company? Why not just apologies? I should?ve left my room in the middle of the night to call reception to fix the sink? What a clown! Your employees need to get more training in customer service and how to record complaints.

Terrible experience. This was booked for me for a work event and arriving at check in around 10pm I was met by 3 young, flustered girls behind the desk. The rooms had been over booked and they didn't have enough rooms for guests. Not great for me at 10pm with nowhere to go and appalling they had been put in that position. After some too and fro they managed to sort a room for me. It was nothing out the ordinary in terms of presentation, but the overwhelming smell of stale urine was unbearable. But at least I had a bed. Again, this was for work so no personal cost to me, but charging £260 for one night is criminal.

Basic rooms, and they are not cleaned thoroughly.
Bedding was clean, pillows uncomfortable and no air-conditioning, just some plug in fans provided.
Definitely not staying there again.

This hotel is very close to Moor Street railway station and the Bullring shopping centre, and maybe 10 mins walk from New Street railway station. There is a TESCO Express on the ground floor, which is convenient.
I paid GBP 116 for two nights around Easter 2025, which is a fair price.

Quite simply the worst hotel I've ever stayed in... Anyone who gives this more than 1 star is either a liar, an over zealous relative of a staff member, or accidentally mistaking this place as somewhere else.
Uncomfortable, hot, dirty rooms, no breakfast, broken windows, homeless people sleeping on the doorstep - and all for an unreasonable price.
It's actually quite impressive how poor this place manages to be whilst still staying in business. Travelodge - hang your heads in shame.

This is an absolutely dreadful hotel, the rooms are very small and very very hot in the summer. You may get a fan but all that does is blow hot air around the room.
The reception area is the only place with air conditioning.
Outside the main entrance is a camping ground for the homeless who make noise all through the night. They even smashed the glass entrance door during our visit.
There are other hotels in the city at similar value but I would avoid this hotel.

Room was exactly as you'd want it to be. Clean. Tidy. Bed was comfortable. Only complaint about the room would be that it was a tad warm with no air-con. But, hey, can't have everything and the price was more than fair for what we got.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, the room was nice, cosy and clean, with a very comfortable bed, plus a near-enough plug socket to plug my C-Pap machine into.
