It's a great shop with fabulous jewellery. I take my white gold wedding and engagement rings to be re-plated and Lee does an amazing job. He's also made yo order, one off pieces of jewellery for family members.

After losing our beloved pet, bella last year, been trying to find something for a keepsake for my mother. Went into here after the reviews were nothing short of amazing and ill have to follow suit. Lee showed me what they had in store and after speaking to him and explaining what I want he went through what i could have and , size colour and design. I decided to have made a paw pendant to hold ashes in. Pictures are added. Its nothing short of amazing! Ive just gave it my mom and shes cried with joy at it it really is a beautiful piece of work. Cannot thank you enough. Any form of jewellery design or in general i would recommend this place 100%. A Professional , caring and top service.All my thanks Dan

Touchstone did an amazing job with my engagement ring. We asked for it to be cast in platinum with exactly the same design and they did a great job! Very friendly service and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recommend.

Lee made our wedding bands some years ago and we were so pleased with the service and quality I returned to him for an eternity ring commission. Lee?s personal approach, working to design the ring using CAD software followed by his craftsmanship to make it a reality did not disappoint. The ring is stunning and the wife is ecstatic. I couldn?t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend Touchstone Jewellery.

I cannot thank Lee enough for the care and attention he put in to creating a beautiful ashes memorial ring for me. It is the perfect tribute to our baby girl and a piece I will treasure forever. He helped me achieve my design idea and kept me updated throughout the process, which only took about 5 weeks in total.I chose Touchstone after doing lots of research and love the fact that the ashes are visible and you can add your own creative ideas. We are also so lucky to have them right on our doorstep!The final result is even better than I could ever have wished for, so thank you.

We are so very grateful that my dad recommended Touchstone after using them years ago!It's very hard to know where to go in the Jewellery Quarter, but we are glad we went to Touchstone. After visiting quite a few places, we knew we wanted Lee to be the one we got our wedding bands from.Patient with my indecisiveness, supportive with making tweaks and suggestions to bring the costs into budget whilst still having premium rings, attentive on messages, very lovely in real life - we honestly could not recommend Lee from Touchstone enough.We were able to get both our wedding bands in the same quality and design for the price I was quoted for just one ring when we went to a local high street jewellers. And the service was far more personal.Looking forward to seeing Lee to clean up the engagement ring before our wedding too, which he has kindly offered to do.
