This is the number 1 place to go to. The boss at the front, sadly didn't get his name each time I go, but we always have a great conversation and he's so helpful even when not buying just browsing and trying to learn. Then there was this young man called Jack, new employee who was so kind and so helpful. Put me first even though I mentioned I'm not buying right now just wanting to check it out, and he got out all the tools explained the differences so well between each tool. Answered all my questions without a problem. Top top customer service and I came back in later to buy, and unfortunately didn't see him but saw the boss and informed him that Jack was a great employee and one of the best interactions I've had from a tool/DIY place. Thank you. Also the store has everything with good prices and great quality.

I just needed some nuts/bolts, wasn't sure of sizes as not DIY person but chap serving at reception point was very helpful, opened some packs to make sure I had the right size, I've been to places where no one helps you, so definitely 5 star for the customer service at Toolstation Aston.

Brilliant service from the guy when I went in to collect my order?I bought a lawnmower and power extension reel?he knew my order straight away, then proceeded to tell me all about the lawnmower guarantee. I really appreciated how helpful he was without me even asking! Unfortunately I didn?t catch his name
