I had the best experience here, I bought a boot which had a faulty zipper, but the staff (Sam) drove to Birmingham to bring me new boots to replace my other one. The best service I had and I will be going back for sure to buy from there again.I would like to thank Sam for providing me with an excellent customer service that I have ever had

Great shopping experience. Ravina was amazing. I bought a shirt which turned out had a microscopic hole in. I'm not from Brum so returning it to store would be impossible I sent it back and within 2 days had a perfect replacement. Customer service is 5 ??????

Came in a few days ago with my partner, to have a look at some clothes and adriana (hope I got that right) couldn?t be anymore helpful she helped both me and my partner with sizes and clothing alongside making us feel comfortable in the shop, great service ??

It one of the best shop in bullring with a lovely team all the time near to you to help you , today I?ve been help and served at the same time from a guy call Rice fair play to him to helping and involving so much in his job . I just want to say a massive thank you for the profesional service I received yesterday. I came in to the shop with my partner to exchange a coat i had bought here last week. Upon arrival we were kindly greeted and explained the situation. The team were very helpful and even offered to put the bought coat behind the till untill we found something else. Great service is hard to find these days, especially when it comes to exchanging or refunding. But couldn't fault the team here!

All of the staff, especially Hamza, were incredibly kind and helpful, helping me to find the right size in the clothes that I wanted to buy and redirecting me to where I could find the clothes if they were out of stock in the store. Even applying discounts where they could. The clothes are very high quality, comfortable and an excellent fit. The premises is easy to access and look around, with a wide variety of clothes and accessories on display. Overall a great experience, quick easy and enjoyable with clothes that will last a very long time.
