Atmosphere is bad people conversations can be heard, maybe music in restaurant would be better make people more comfortable.
Entrance to restaurant is appalling the cigarette ends all on floor even in flower beds. I think you should ban smoke by Entrance, smoke in the fenced area. Or supply ashtrays. Clean up

Popped in on a Wednesday lunchtime, so it was moderately busy. We all had the carvery, although as my wife is coeliac she chose the option to have hers prepared separately.
Our lovely waitress let us know 3 minutes before my wife's meal was ready, so we could be served & eat at the same time.
Food was hot, & very tasty, service was good & cost was very reasonable.
All in all a very enjoyable afternoon.

Kid-friendliness: Kids meals available, although as it was a school day, no kids around
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramps etc

The staff is always very nice.
Vegetarian options: You can have something else instead of the meat for the carvery. The veg tart looked very nice.
Dietary restrictions: The staff was very helpful explaining all the GF options
Parking: Needs to validate reg inside
Kid-friendliness: The staff was very friendly with my toddler running around.
